I started trading Bitcoin on PulseSun Crypto, curious to explore the platform and see how it worked. At first, the interface seemed clear, and I could follow the guides they provided. But during my trading, the market turned sharply against me, and my Bitcoin position fell to $63,000, triggering a forced liquidation. I suffered a significant loss.

Feeling frustrated, I reached out to customer support and also shared my experience online, hoping to discuss my losses and get advice. That’s when someone contacted me, claiming they could help recover my funds. They said they were connected to PulseSun Crypto’s internal team and offered to assist me in getting my lost money back—but only if I paid a fee upfront.

Trusting them, I transferred 1,000 USDT as requested. After that, they completely disappeared. I haven’t heard from them since, and I don’t know what to do next. Now I’m left wondering whether this person was genuine or just another scammer.

Are you talking about pulsesun.org or web.pulsesun.com? But it doesn't really matter since both of them are connected, because apart from the name, they use the same logo too. Also, the website you mentioned looks like it is part of a scam website farm that has been reported here in the forum before(image and quoted post below). Anyway, sadly, you won't get that money back. From what you said, those are common tactics scammers use to milk more money out of their victims.

web.pulsesun.com

You should specify which website you are talking about. I did a Google search of "HIGHTITAN Trading Center", and it led me to "HIGHTITAN-TRADING.COM", then I dug a bit more and found "hightitan.com". Both of the two website looks unprofessional, and with a single glance, you'll know that both of them are up to no good. I am not even sure if either of the two websites I mentioned is what you are talking about. Anyway, I'll still put what I found.

First, HIGHTITAN-TRADING.COM claims to have been established in 2017, but if you look at their domain's registration date, it was just created last year. Also, apart from what looks like an "about us" information, there nothing on that website.

Second, hightitan.com, if you visit the website, it looks like one of those extremely common scam trading/investment websites that have an atrocious UI that is recycled over and over again with a different name plastered on it, images below for example.

Dravan.com

Ktrowe.com

Emeraldwisdom.com

hightitan.com

I am very curious to know. Out of all the reputable and well-known crypto exchanges out there (https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges) Why did you choose to use Pulsesun in particular?

And when you said someone contacted you. Did you write to the so-called support staff using an email address or social media such as Telegram?

Trading involves profits and losses. All the major exchanges include a disclaimer regarding the dangers of trading, and they will never claim that they will help you recover the lost money. You clearly got outsmarted by a scammer.

was it bitcoin you deposited, or was it "free money" provided by the website for you to trade with?

Trusting them, I transferred 1,000 USDT as requested. After that, they completely disappeared. I haven’t heard from them since, and I don’t know what to do next.
post the address you sent the 1,000 USDT to, someone might be able to track where the coins ended up.

Now I’m left wondering whether this person was genuine or just another scammer.
ofc it's just a nother scammer. there is no such thing as "pay me an upfront fee and i'll recover your trading losses", anyone claiming something like that is a scammer.
