I checked HJC Exchange (hjccoins.cc) and the risk signals are hard to ignore.

Brand-new domain: WHOIS shows hjccoins.cc was registered on 2026-02-05.

No clear, verifiable operator/license on the site: I didn’t see a license number or regulator you can confirm.

“Reputation matrix” looks staged: multiple “inspect/overview/caution” type sites promote the same story, and some show reviews dated 2024/2025 even though the main domain is new in 2026—a timeline conflict that strongly suggests pre-filled/manufactured reviews.

MSB/FinCEN wording can be misused: FinCEN warns scammers may frame registration as “approval.” Registration is not a government endorsement.

My takeaway: this matches a common “fake exchange” pattern—professional-looking UI to take deposits, then withdrawals get blocked with excuses like “review,” “risk control,” or “fees.”

This site has been advertising on various places recently. I am sure these are paid press releases and promotion to make them look legitimate and trusted. I don't know how reputable websites like MarketWatch.com and FinanzNachrichten.de are, but I wouldn't trust them at this point. They have posted press releases, helping in HJC's promotion and fake credibility shilling.

Spot on, they would block withdrawal and ask for more deposit to unlock it, or ask for something stupid like payment for tax to unlock the withdrawal, i am sure i have seen that one, lol. You'd not believe how many people keep sending money to the scammers when they find themselves in this situation, worried about losing their initial deposit.

That said, great catch OP, this is clearly a scam exchange and nobody should go anywhere near it.

I think you became aware of this new and suspicious exchange through the user USA Pulse TV, who promoted it in this [thread] and made many false claims about the platform, whose domain is only 22 days old.

All the evidence shows that everything he wrote is is unverified and false. I have caught many of these shillers accounts who promoted other suspicious platforms, so everyone should be cautious and not trust everything they post, but first verify the accuracy of their claims.

+1 for the update, but I'll rather you don't share their website here.
The forum may not ideal for back links but it still helps them in search engine results. You can share the other links to ward off anyone from putting money there. Those already familiar with the website does not need the URL to discover it.

This is a typical scam exchange that is newly created, they will start promoting this exchange a lot through various means to trap crypto users. We have seen in the past how these fake exchanges trap crypto users. It was easy to scam crypto users through such fake exchanges under various pretexts. You are quite wary of scam exchanges which is a good sign that crypto users are now wary of scam websites and they are becoming more interested in exposing scam websites.
