BC.GAME Scam of 25,000INR of deposits and withdrawals

I have had horrible experience with using bc.game, my 15,000 in withdrawals and 10,000 in deposits are stuck and the support is nothing but automated messages. till now i’ve not spoken to one real person about this, please stay away from this site. i’m planning to take legal actions against them soon. if anybody experienced same with fiat transactions kindly help me recover my money

You are not the only one experiencing this issue, bc.game has had issues with INR withdrawal and deposit for several months now. You can check this thread(Ongoing Fiat Payment Problems on BC.Game — A Call for Clarity and Support), and you can try to PM the representative(bctokenbot) they have here in the forum.

Use this format they have posted when you are sending them a PM.

If any user believes they have been affected by a third-party fiat merchant (including suspected fraud, delayed withdrawal, or deposit issues), please contact me directly or reach out to our admin @bctokenbot with:

Screenshots / payment proof

Relevant chat history with the merchant (if any)

At least before talking about them this way you should have used the proper reporting method to post about them, you just creating a post and talking about doesn't hold real facts about your claims.
If you check out about how others reported their scam accusations you would see that there are proves and evidence towards their claims about bc.game.

You aren't alone. You can see a lot of allegations against BC Game regarding fiat issues. Although their representative promised to solve these issues, we can't see any visible action from their end. A lot of victims are suffering from these issues; we can see them on the forum. I believe there are more victims out of the forum who aren't familiar with the forum or haven't raised concern.

However, I will advise editing the post with the correct format; for that, please read the pinned posts. We are tired of advising to use cryptocurrency for BC Game or just move to another gambling platform. For now we can't help more than that except advising. Try to contact their support to resolve your issues. Hope you will get back your funds soon.

there needs to be a bc.game pin right under the 1xbit one. biggest scammers in the game, this forum and other complaint boards are littered with complaints against them. and their reps don't do shit because they know there's no repercussions

One or two tag, or a flag [if founded and justified] probably enough to give them slap of reality, I don't think we need something that drastic as pinning them right below 1xbit. And certainly not for these fiat issues [the same reason why I don't put these fiat issues on my list on BC's tab]. Because it's between the player, their working brain, and the merchants to process the payment.

From what I know when I get those pending depo and withdrawal in the past, it always the merchant who can't verify the depo, didn't put the fund on BC's wallet, thus BC didn't credit the account, and vice versa: BC already send the fund to the merchant, merchant didn't process it to the player's bank.

It doesn't matter how many scam accusations there are on this forum; some people will still make a fiat deposit and later create their own scam accusation thread. I feel like most of these people find this forum through a Google search for the keyword "BC game scam" or something similar. If they knew about this forum already and the problem with the BC game, I doubt people would fall for this trap.

I am not aware if any of these Victims received a response from the bctokenbot guy lately. If not, what are the forum members thinking about the BC game, and what do they expect?

I think we need to consider to start tagging them as an unreliable business TBH. I have been trying to refrain from tagging them, but it's getting really close to that happening. At the very least some affected users from India region need to create a flag and it will get support.

Does anyone think BC cares about the forum at this point? Their rep seems to do nothing but twiddle his thumbs.

May I beg to differ due to the reason I mentioned on my previous post?

IF a flag is from INR user, then it's quite likely due to FIAT transaction, one of which doesn't have a direct influence from BC, thus, unless the INR-user worded their thread very specifically, the one "being flagged" should be the merchant and flagging BC for INR FIAT depo [again, depending on the circumstances and how the thread conveyed] will be a wrong act.

If the flag was for cases that's internally and directly under BC's control like this or this, then yes, maybe it's time to get a red banner to fly high, with hope that it'll be a waking slap to BC's management.

They have had months to fix issues with their merchants or find new merchants to complete INR deposits for Indian users yet the drag their feet and are solving nothing, meanwhile more and more cases are piling up. How many other cases are there that we don't have a clue about?

So yes it is the merchants fault for not completing the transaction, but BC is still at fault for continuing to deal with the incompetent merchants they are using IMO. If the system they have isn't working and their customers are being scammed, why wouldn't they want to fix it?

Hmm... I see. Worded like that, then yes, perhaps a type-2 flag is warranted [casual contract] for those who withdraw, given they're given certificate of withdrawal that BC then failed to fulfill.

Bc support has been terrible for years now, first they took hours to reply and now its all automated bots

Inr upi withdraws are so easy to give excuses for and blame third parties
But stake also has inr withdraws and never seen even one complaint here, definitely BC are the ones doing bad practices knowingly

It is very hard to defend BC.Game at this point, with the complaints against their platform piling up, and no solution forthcoming. No serious business that cares about their customers should or can function in this manner. This is just a gross disregard for their customers and their money.

Their new rep, bctokenbot came in with so much promise that BC was going to do more in providing solutions through them, but things have not gotten any better. It is prolly getting to that point that people have to be warned about this platform through an active flag.
