Not All Casino Complaints Are Scams, Some Are Player Errors.

 It would be great if there was a separate sub section for complaining about casino. Because when you go to new gambling site you will see that the public is restless due to the pain of blocked withdrawal, bonus problem and useless customer support. I hasve seen many people are already running to AskGamblers or other site just hoping to get a solution to these problem. When casino do not care directly people go to these public forum and complain so that the site are under a little pressure

If there was a separate place on bitcointalk then newbie who are getting scammed could easily report, show screenshot or evidence and warn other. Now all other general complaints get lost in the gambling accusation. If there is a separate place, no scammy operator will be able to cheat for long and one post would not have to be posted in many places. All the bad deeds will be recorded in one place

If would be great if complaints would be moderated before they appear on public. I know that is hard or probably impossible to do, but that separate sub for casino complains will turn into "I got greedy, lost, now accuse casino of not being fair". That is what majority complaints are about. Or, sometimes the problem is so tiny or repeated, that there is no use of making a separate topic. Maybe it is even better to write in casinos ANN topic instead of in separate sub, as casino representatives (OP) not always check forum besides posting in their own topic.

Your points are valid and if it was possible that method is what they could have implemented over here, but I guess all these aren't being moderated by any admin or moderators.
Of course, anyone who is gambling should be that taking responsibility of themselves belong to that side because there are things which the sites could do and there are other things which could be caused by gambler itself.

Well, i personally thing having a dedicated sub-board for people to talk about alleged scams is not necessary.
We already have a dedicated board where people can just do that and present their case to the whole community.

Not even mentioning that there are many instances in which gamblers indeed take out their frustrations against casinos for the mere reason of being unlucky, even if there is nothing wrong with games or betting markets. Let us admit it, most gamblers do not even take their time when comes to reading the terms of service of their preferred casinos and just deposit and play.

So even if it is important to keep an eye on serious accusations of scams on this forum, we cannot take all accusations as serious immediately.

In my opinion Posting complaints or fraud related threads in the Casinos ANN section is ineffective. While it's true that casino representatives don't always monitor the forum except for their own threads in the Casino ANN section, the sheer volume of threads in this section means the complaint or thread will quickly disappear and won't be read by a large number of members.

As you know, dozens or even hundreds of threads and posts are written in this section daily, so the chance of these threads being visible is slim, and only a few will read them.

@DireWolfM14 created this thread few days ago on Meta board, suggesting for the creation of a dedicated gambling dispute/casinos complaints sub board under the gambling section. Truth be told here on Bitcointalk, a wave of complaints against online casinos has really flooded the scam accusations board. Although some cases over there in the scam accusations board actually involve real scams, but others happen because players misunderstood or ignored important rules.

I did not create this thread to defend casinos, instead to educate other users on common mistakes that lead to disputes.

At this point players who refuse verification may likely have their withdrawals delayed or denied by the casino.
Now here is the lesson whether you like kyc or not agreeing to the rules at the registration means accepting that it might be required later if necessary.

Conclusion, this is an educational post I am not here to claim that all casinos are honest, because real scams exist, example betmoco recent scam on Bitcointalk and casinos like that should be expose.

It's quite rare that a casino turns out to be a scam, at least one that looks fully complete and professional, because it takes quite a bit of start up capital to do even the basics like renting whitelabel casino platforms. There are rare cases where a casino/bookmaker will have ambiguous terms or maybe customer support make the wrong decision on something that was not clearly defined in their rules. In general what I see the most though, is people trying to rage or find the most feeble argument in order to get revenge on a casino which was fully transparent about their games from the outset, but it's often a case that the players did not understand the situation and ultimately get made to look stupid for that reason - so they make up exaggerated claims or leave out key points.
