Considering that the Supreme Leader holds a central position in Iran’s political structure, an important question arises:
If such an event were to happen, what impact could it have on financial markets especially the USD rate, gold, and Bitcoin?
According to Iran’s constitution, after the death of the Supreme Leader, the Assembly of Experts is responsible for appointing the new leader.
However, the key issue is how markets might react before political stability is re-established.
