I no fit remember if I been don write on this thread but sincerely the choice of how to use one's coin solely Dey very dependent on the coin holder an the only thing we fit do na to advise and leave the choice for the holder to follow advise or not.

I also agree with op that older members should try as much as possible to always dish out the right advise at all times as you never know who might be secretly following your teachings even without informing you.

As a newbie to the cryptocurrency market and community, you shouldn't be in a haste or rush into trading but to rather take your time to explore the market so we can identify the niche that best suites us as there are several opportunities in the crypto market.

Of a truth, Bitcoin is best held, you go stand better chance of profitability when you hold for a long term, but this one no mean say e no get people wey dey actually dey get am clear for trading yeah? And e no mean say people wey choose the path of trading dey do the wrong thing. Everybody get their different goals and expectations from investment. E get people wey their goal na financial independence, while e get others wey their goal na just to dey get their daily 2k from Bitcoin. Wetin matter no be really the path you choose to follow but how you take follow am. Although there are various opportunities in crypto, there are also many risks. In that regard, new investors should have a proper idea about the risks. Where to invest, how much time to invest, what kind of income source to invest from, etc. You should also have a proper idea about these issues and make a decision.

Opinions of various experts can be taken. But at the end, you have to make the decision by yourself. Everyone has the ability to understand the right thing with their conscience and logic. So, it is not like you have to accept just anyone's opinion. First, research yourself and gain knowledge, and then you can take opinions from others.

Then you can invest depending on your financial situation and mentality. But finally, I will say one thing, that is, do not invest in any other crypto outside of Bitcoin.

Whether right people or not it is good to make research after learning, because those who you think they are the right people might even be the one that will mislead you by giving you false information about bitcoin investment that is why we are advised to make research after learning so as to clear some doubt and also to figure out if there's anything that is missing from what we have been thought because knowledge is not limited.

I also come to observe that some newbies don't listen to instructions/ advice apart from the one they are giving themselves, which is very bad. I know some might be doing that for security reasons because nowadays you don't know who to trust and that's also a good reason but as a newbie even without you having the knowledge about bitcoin investment you're supposed to know when they are giving you wrong information about bitcoin investment with the knowledge you have.

You are not wrong with your words, which are very essential keys for newbies to adhere and practice on, because it has more advantages than disadvantages and this will make them to understand that  its important to exercise self-control or self discipline, which will be of support to them to scale through this journey and enjoy the essence of it. And also, its norms for this young ones of this generation to always do what its in their mind, because they believed it to be true and right and until they face with any challenges , that is when they will be seeking for advice to key to. Imagine telling a newbie to hold rather than trade and their desperate nature keeps pushing them into trading and sometimes they will try to implicate another by enforcing validation on them and if they mistakenly consent they shift blames quickly when things turn sour.

I outrightly tell them to hold instead and when they try shifting the focus I find a way to end the conversation while I look for a possible means to leave the premises to avoid someone putting me into something I won't be ready for if it backfires.

If one trades Bitcoin, because of the consideration of a grown Ahh newbie he or she shouldn't talk about his experience in the forum?

You can be inspired, but it's and will always be your decision to make. in this forum people that should search for information are the one's who already know the basics of What your in search for, even if you don't, you should not totally depend on the forum for all information, there are good and bad, all of them are experiences, but if you still go out and search for the one that will fit your personality you will know the one food for you.

There is something i always tell people who are into bitcoin and they want to teach a beginner about bitcoin and what i tell them is to only teach them the important things they need to know and leave them with the option of either choosing to invest or trade so that in case they encounter any challenge they won't blame you for their misfortune. Newbies are always desperate for quick wealth and that is why many of them end up investing in altcoins that have no future.
    I don't even tell anybody to hold bitcoin, if i have explained bitcoin investment in details, you will have to choose how you want to go about your investment. The reason why i do that is because most newbies do not understand how volatility works so if they encounter a time when the market price is falling, they might get demoralized and even opt to sell their bitcoin and blame you for their losses so your duty is only to educate them but let them have the option of choosing to invest or trade.
