It’s supposed to be the opposite though. The longer you gamble, the more mature you should become. That’s how it should work at least.

I am in agreement with the fact that time restriction in gambling is equally important as budget. Losses are part of the game hence, gambling too frequently can gradually build up not only financial but also emotional strain. As human beings pursue losses or concentrate on the aspect of making money, most of them tend to lose control and make poor decisions. The more loose you become, it just seems like your weakness, be sure to hide it from your enemy if that's necessary because they may use it against you if you get crashes with them-you may not know.

I concur that time is very crucial to gambling and this is something that most players do not take into consideration. Emotion may gradually start to control people when they spend excessive time gambling during a single session and make less rational decisions. Initially, the general tendency of the majority is to have a definite strategy like establishing a loss or profit limit, but the more they play, the more difficult it becomes to attach to it. At this point self-control becomes very crucial. Breaks and gambling time limits can be used to be disciplined and make non-emotional decisions.
