Time is very much important in everything we do, and it is not necessary to dedicate your precious time something that has no guarantee of succeeding. Just controlling time limits isn't enough, because even in a short period of time, you can place a large bet and lose it. Therefore, in addition to time management you also need to ensure you don't try to increase your bet in order to recoup your losses faster. I believe that budget limits for betting can work even better than time limits, because you know how much you can afford to lose before you have to stop.

I dont need to set any time limit for my gambling sessions, as I cant gamble for long. Gamble session rarely is longer than 1 hour. I just cant do same actions for long, and maybe I dont have that much time of a free time that I want to spend on gambling. Offline gambling it is a bit different. We usually decide long before when we will play poker and have fun talking, which makes everyone ready to be home late, to spend as much time as needed. But these were never games until morning. We usually start at 6-7 (because food delivery is still working and food will be still warm and tasty) in the evening and by midnight we finish playing.

What are you even saying, do you understand what you're even saying? Having fun has nothing to do with time management the most important thing is how you make that 1 hour count. Gamble is only made for fun and entertainment purposes and nothing more , no two ways around it, you can't do no magic around it as well or try using it as a way of escaping poverty in your family. However their are few addicted dudes that has learned the hard way through their aggressive and endless urge for big win which have literally landed them where they didn't expect today but regardless majorities are still falling for it.

I wouldn't know If anyone has noticed this? The more time you spend on gamble is the more it becomes more of a daily activities to you and become more harder for you to let go of your lost and in most cases you find it very difficult in staying charge of your emotions and that's the height of it which I am can sure the surposed person is doom for life. I really don’t think it’s possible to maintain a time frame when it comes to gambling, all I can say is that when is time for prediction Sometimes it may take some hours to predict, after that you start placing your betting which will take a lot of time , so it all depends on when one will be  through, but I don’t advice people to place another one immediately the games lost .

One major thing that makes gamblers lose more is chasing losses, trying to recover what's gone by gambling consistently is dangerous because it causes addiction in a lot cases. Being a gambler doesn't mean that you should be reckless and also take risks that are not planned and calculated. Gambling is a game of luck and it should be for entertainment purposes and not a means to make money.

The point here is that limits are indeed very necessary as well as limits in budget and time, when we can do this at least the impact we will feel will be more different than what gamblers do without making restrictions like this.

Time limits are very important but this can also have no effect when we try to bet more aggressively in your gambling because a short time will also have a big impact if we bet big and without any control. So it is important to set some other limits such as on the amount of money you are willing to spend (tolerance for losing money on bets) and to try not to be aggressive while gambling.
This should also be taken into consideration so that when we gamble the possible effects of losing can be minimized.
