Hello, maybe this will get me the help I need.

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced while attempting to swap BCD to ETH.

I was trying to convert my BCD coin to ETH, which I have successfully done in the past without any issues. However, when I pressed “Confirm” on the swap, it did not appear to register or complete properly. After that, I proceeded to withdraw with ETH selected, but instead of receiving ETH, the system sent me 1650 BCD.

Since then, I have submitted multiple support tickets but have not received meaningful assistance. I’ve repeatedly been redirected to the help bot “Coco,” which has not resolved the issue and has left me stuck in a loop without real support.

I have been using BC.Game for a long time and have always enjoyed the platform, which is why this situation is especially frustrating. I am simply requesting assistance in resolving this issue so that I can withdraw my $1,650 in ETH as intended.

If anyone review my transaction and help understand how I can recover some funds, Id greatly appreciate it. I advise everyone to stay far away from bc.game for there practices that are fraud. This website does everything possible to F you over!!!

If the swap wasn't completed for whatever reason, then how were you able to initiate an ETH withdrawal in that same amount?
Did your account at BC.Game get credited with the new ETH you tried to acquire?
Did you have other ETH in your betting account at BC.Game?

When creating a withdrawal request, you have to select the correct coin, network and enter an address. Are you saying that you selected the Ethereum network, entered your ETH address, and instead of receiving ETH, BC.Game sent you BCD instead?

You should have checked it properly which crypto you are withdrawing from your account. It has happened due to your lack of awareness. BCgame team has nothing to do here as they have already sent the funds to the wallet address you used there. I have followed the transaction, and it appears like you are using Coinbase account, isn't it? If yes, then you have to reach the Coinbase support team to recover the funds. Coinbase has "Asset recovery" option, follow this article: Recover unsupported crypto.

3. Coinbase cannot do anything recovery due to not accepting this coin

4. The websites service and practices are still trash, suspicious and designed to keep them every time.

5. I've tried everything so unless you are a known player there, worker, or VIP Host. I doubt anything will get done because they are corrupt casino.

You'll need to gather more evidence from your withdrawal history that you successfully withdrew ETH. This is actually a tricky situation, as BC may ask you to return the tokens you received, which you won't be able to do.
It seems you'll need to speak out in more places to gain more support. This token doesn't seem to have any market value outside the platform at this time.

I doubt that you will be able to prove what you are claiming here. It should appear in your transaction history if the swap happened successfully there. I have never seen a complaint where a casino sent a different cryptocurrency or token to a user instead of the one they requested. Unfortunately, you have to consider it as loss if the 'asset recovery' system of Coinbase isn't available for BCD. You should reach the Coinbase support team for a manual recovery process.

i just checked the withdraw page, and i don't see how you could possibly get BCD if you selected ETH correctly.
can you share a screenshot of the widthraw on bc.game, does it say ETH or BCD?

this is why i always say to never withdraw coins to an address you don't control, as you never know what could go wrong. always send to your wallet first, then do whatever you want with the coins. you would have saved yourself if you had done that.

May I know to what wallet do you withdraw your BCD? I've never withdraw BCD myself as they're supposed to be in-site currency, BC-Dollars, thus it has "no value" outside. And FAIK, withdrawal in BCD form can only be done successfully to a non-custodial wallet, where you can customize the contract address, decimals, and other details.

Yeah, there is no way to receive BCD if OP indeed requested a withdrawal of ETH. It seems like a mistake from OP's side, and it has happened for the lack of awareness.

OP used his Coinbase account ETH address for the withdrawal. You can send the BCD to any ETH address, it doesn't need to be a non-custodial wallet. But you won't have any access to the BCD if you send it to a centralized exchange, which has happened in OP's case. Entering the contract address, token symbol, decimals and other details is only necessary to display the token balance in non-custodial wallet.

that's what i'm thinking as well, and something like this did happen to me a year or so ago.
i was trying to withdraw USDT but ended up withdrawing BCD instead because i was not paying attention and clicking too fast.

I once accidentally withdrew BCD to my wallet directly as well, once even to my wallet on stake, haha. The stake thing of course was never resolved and that money was gone.
The BCD I sent to my own wallet was no problem, I was able to just send it back to the BCD address on BC. The wallet I used was atomic, they have this garbage token, hahaha.
So if you can import your address into atomic somehow there is a chance for you to recover it.

OP already confirmed that he sent the tokens to Coinbase. They have custody of it and they control the private keys of the address. He doesn't. Since he doesn't have the signing keys, and Coinbase won't give it to him, he can't do anything. On top of that, if Coinbase doesn't support the BC.Game token, they won't be willing to perform an asset recovery either. Unfortunately, I don't think he will ever recover those coins.

Never used coinbase so I didn't know. Well then he has to find a solution with BC. Guess there is no visible proof that he initiated a swap of the BC token, normally you would find this in the transaction history on BC. Maybe he just didn't realize there was like an error or something and then quickly proceeded to the cashier to withdraw.

What I wonder his, how did the false withdrawal happen in the first place. His account currency must have been set to BCD when he made the swap. He says he then thought that he got ETH. So to withdraw ETH he must have first changed the currency from BCD to ETH to be able to withdraw. If he did, he should have seen that there are 0 ETH and his wallet so there must be a notification that there is not enough $ to withdraw, since there is a minimum withdrawal amount. Very strange.

It's more likely an internal error rather than a scam. As AHOYBRAUSE said, you should send back BCD tokens to the BC game and then try again to swap again. This token is probably just an internal token of the BC game algorithm. There won't be any on-chain value for these tokens since they're not trading anywhere, either on a centralised exchange or on any decentralised exchange.

So better send it back and try to withdraw. Their representative on the forum isn't very active in this section, nor are they friendly enough to solve these issues. Only their support system could help you; otherwise, you have to avoid this casino unless they solve these issues. There are a lot of allegations against them from where you must have to take lessons.

There's a lot of illogicality in this whole story. Maybe it's all BS, but maybe the guy is also telling the truth.

He can't do anything with those tokens anymore if he deposited them into his Coinbase account. Coinbase has them in one of their addresses, but they don't support BCD, so they won't recover them. The tokens are a lost cause.
