and still haven't done shit. this is where bc.game shines, doesn't matter how much you complain they'll never solve your problem

I think the problem was with you, not BCGame. Instead, you should task Coinbase to help you out.

There is no way you sent that money by mistake. When you want to send ETH and have BCD, it simply cannot happen unless you change the coin option in the withdrawal page to BCD.
Next time try to stay woke when performing transactions and stop transferring your mistakes to others and blaming them.

This is a common issue with no resolution.
It's not just on BC.game; you'll get the same treatment on other centralized platforms. They might be more concerned about your issue if it's worth $100k(since 50% = $50k), instead of $100.

Have your own thread instead of piggybacking someone else's. And, as noorman0 said, it's a common issue. If I may be more precise, it's a common practice, to require recovery fee. You're lucky they ask it in percentage [considering the amount stuck] instead of certain number.

The fee was required to pay a staff for their over-time, to access company's wallet, sorting out into your transaction, and reverse it.

Without consulting to my BC wallet, I understand that your issue is that BC currently doesn't support BabyDoge? In that case, as you're reluctant to pay, then the best course is to wait until they accept BabyDoge, then you'll get your account credited.

Create your own thread. You should be able to do that now, there is no newbie restriction to create new thread.

Can't say this matches my experience personally, but I've seen a few reports about bc.game recently. Hopefully they step up and fix up.

He won't get it sorted out because coinbase won't send it. I think there some things can be done here. First of all, your site should make it harder to withdraw BCD. Obviously nobody would withdraw this house token, because it makes no sense, but it might happen by accident, heck even I have withdrawn BCD twice by accident, it happens.
Of course you can still still keep this withdrawal option open, but set some sort of notification like "are you sure you want to withdraw BCD?" or something like that, like a final warning. I bet several people accidentally have done this and the token ended up being stuck in nirvana.

Second, you can see in the transaction record that the token was never moved, that it is indeed stuck. So you COULD refund the guy since you have basically an endless amount of token anyway, it's just your made up token that has no value anywhere else, so why not shoot him another batch, just out of good will.

Anyway, that's just my opinion about this, obviously you will do whatever you please.
