It's become a real concern that victims don't share details, including their username, to understand the situation. Even if a Whale representative comes here, they won't identify the real issue. The questioned amount is pretty big, so it would be reviewed manually, and everything would be checked to make sure it was fine. So unless you share more details, we can't help you; please follow the correct format from the pinned post.

I have sent a PM to the Whale representative; it seems they are active, and I hope they will take a look at this matter and solve these issues. They have been running their platform smoothly on the forum, so I believe if you haven't abused their system, your funds should be in your wallet. All we have to do is wait for their response here; before that, OP should update the thread with relevant information.
I think this is just a smear thread as the person who made it did not follow any sort of format, 0 proof of anything. Just made the thread and logged off and hasn't been seen, quite possibly won't be seen again.

Maybe the whale rep will reply and say this is fake or case was solved. Haven't seen many accusations against that platform and they been around for a bit.

Nothing to worry about, frustrating to wait but yeah as someone above pointed out T&C for over 50k payments, then I will assume they will pay you in increments.
Also they will full audit everything and since the amount was won on live games - they are probably waiting for the live game provider feedback.

I won $441,000 playing Evolution Gaming live games on Whale.io. My withdrawal has been pending for over 6 days.
If I won this amount and I posted it here or on any platform, I'll make sure to come back and answer any questions and show proof of my allegation. This is to make sure that I'm serious about getting my winnings.

So, where he is now its been three days, and he hasn't shown up. We don't take this allegation seriously until he shows up and gives us proof that he really won that amount.

Most likely than not, it's the game provider who conduct the review and the casino themselves, just like you, can only wait until they greenlighted the round.

How about you respect forum rules, don't spam other people's thread without having any input and also not post back to back (that's what the edit function is for).
Obviously you have some serious issues with holy because he couldn't help you quick enough. After you then basically insulted him he stepped away from your case (for obvious reasons) and you only start to get worse. Nobody needs ungrateful/impatient people like you in here. If you seek help from somebody that does this without any compensation you better learn some manners, otherwise you will never get any help ever again, may it be online or in real life.

About the case in here, unless OP returns, answers some questions and provides more details I think it's fair to say that it's needless to post the same things over and over again.
