Some coins will be reserved for the purpose of bounties and giveaway for CommunityCoin.

How many fraction will you prefer for this part of fund?

actually it's 100% premine and distributable
but the Devs certainly need some coins for bounties

No, I think it's not a premine.
Even Faircoin kept 0.5% as bounties.
The coins are not reserved for the dev, but for the development fund.
There are a lot of work to do.

I am not one of the dev team, but only a stakeholder.

I treat this fund as the starting fund which can be used to start the bounties and giveaways.

When this starting fund is run out, the new fund will be raised for the initial stakeholders.
Just like what the BC community did.
I'd like to donate part of my stake if needed.

i understand. i am not attacking you nor the coin. but the coin was lunched with all coins being distributed to others.

So do the respectfully method and ask for donation. the community should give back the bounty every time you need it.

As a 'hopefully potential future' shakeholder, I would like to see a decent premine for bounties.  I would also like to see the devs rewarded for this excellent work.  This is one of the best coins that I have heard of.

Hope the dev can see you and reward you.
