I can't understand why people give money for pre sales.  Pre sales are a HUGE red flag!!  A pre sale means the maker is broke or does not believe enough in the item to risk their owns funds... either way it's a terrible idea to give ANY maker funds before the items are made, in hand and can be delivered promptly.  Especially this maker who has proven multiple times not to be trusted with ANY funds.

To those of you who think that Chris is selling items to get out of debt etc... it's a crock of shit.  Chris has not even contacted the person he owes the most funds to.

Please STOP supporting this bust out!!

Thank you for the website and PM orders, everyone!

Regards,
Chris @ TBPCO

Hey Chris,

Any updates on the 1 Kilo copper bars sold via Reddit/your site? One of the original posts made it sound like they were shipping out within a few days however I’m now getting messages about someone still waiting on their’s, 2 months later.

Really cool items, just stumbled upon them. Unfortunately we have some *ridiculous* laws in regards of most type of things that are considered a weapon. And these items would already be classified as highly illegal to.   Cheesy Roll Eyes Angry

That said, did any of the *new* items here get shipped out?
And generally I agree with anonymousminer - Except for smaller sums I personally would mostly avoid any pre-funding stuff. Either the maker is established enough to produce whatever is in their mind by funding it out of their own pocket or they should delay the production until they can.

Not trying to burry the important stuff, though. ->
And of course, no refund still...
Happy three year anniversary Chris!

Just a technical note - the refund (which I'm still not getting) is not for these, but his old project Silver Mega Coin. I actually don't really mind waiting that much, so I willingly put up with him for quite a long time (arguably too long), but at one moment (pretty much exactly when the price of silver involved crossed the price of bitcoin paid, for the first time during the years) he offered the refund and I took the offer. Quickly after that the price of silver fell again and of course he promptly offered to really, totally finally make the coin, pinky swear, but I didn't budge this time.

He repeatedly promised the refund will be made promptly and also offered the full set of these Ninja wallets as an apology - which I thought was kinda nice.  I agreed and chose titanium set (most expensive one, because why the hell not).

Few months went by, nothing happened. I finally decided to publicly bug him on this thread - which I intend to continue to do.

After two months I suddenly received the package (without any notice or note inside). It wasn't a titanium set, but a mix of copper, brass and steel, but hey, I didn't complain and decided to cut him some slack once again and stop complaining for a while (because I actually thought he'd refund me meantime, lol). I think he never got titanium material, since he pulled this option from the website altogether. If anyone ordered those, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting.

Well, after another 3 months after that I started posting again, but now it seems he'd finally given up on keeping up appearances here...

That said, the set is kinda nice, quality is ok and it went through the customs (EU, but not Germany) without any problems - I declared it precisely as what it is, since it didn't even cross my mind it could be legally problematic in any way.

PS: Hey Chris, if you're reading this, I really, really don't care for yet another footlong, heartfelt explanation and apology. Just send the refund (the btc address I provided is still valid) and I'll post it here, case closed.
