I'd like the casino to remove their aggressive signs. Be careful that this casino is not anonymous, and as everyone has said more than once, there is no logic to their checks; people can simply use other people's documents.

This is why you don't just believe a casino when they say "no kyc" because most of the time, their terms and conditions say that they could request KYC if they suspect something.

people can simply use other people's documents.
They could, but is it that easy? Also, casinos do ask for live video checks if they suspect that whoever is controlling the account is not the one on the document that has been provided.

Without KYC on a licensed casino site it seems impossible, what bros @acroman08 said is true, we will find KYC matters in their Terms & Conditions. Based on the Punkz Terms & Conditions page in point number 6 regarding verification, they say they have the right to request verification from their clients, such as KYC.

We reserve the right to withhold any payment to/from your account, until we are satisfied that the identity, age and place of residence of the player has been suitably verified. We reserve the right to verify your identity upon your gambling reaching a certain threshold, but we maintain discretion to verify your identity at any time. We reserve the right to lock your account or prevent withdrawals, if deemed appropriate, until such time as your identity has been verified. We may use a recognised third party provider to undertake these checks on our behalf or we may get in touch with you directly to provide us KYC documentation.

But I get your point in this thread, they made the title of their ANN like this: Punkz.com | Anonymous Crypto Casino | Sportsbook | No KYC | 100% Welcome Bonus

In reality, they still require KYC regardless of the circumstances. Bros @CasinoPunkz, you should change the thread title so we don't see complaints like this anymore.

...this is definitely not an anonymous casino, it's just a regular casino
All licensed crypto casinos are regular casinos. You may or may not remain anonymous depending on your betting activities, patterns, and amounts you deposit, wager, and withdraw. Why don't you go through the Gambling sub-forum and check each casino ANN thread. You will find many casinos that advertise as 'anonymous' or 'no KYC.' Then read the terms of each site and tell us if you find one that doesn't deserve the right to request KYC from its users.

Or better yet: Check the first couple of pages in the Gambling sub and find casinos whose T&Cs don't mention identity verification regardless how they advertise.

I don't think there's that much difference though. To be honest, every gamblers by now should know that there are no so called No-KYC.

Everyone will require you to submit one time or another personal information as it is mandated by every casino license now. Not defending the casino itself, but each gambler should read the ToS or better yet accept the fact that KYC is mandated from old to new casino.

Most of us already know that Punkz.com and similar casinos advertised as 'anonymous' or 'no-KYC' aren't really KYC-free. They are misleading the users with those wording for marketing purposes. You will always see the KYC verification requirement clauses in their terms. You should check the terms of the casinos without relying on this type of wording which is used for marketing only.

I also don't see that your casino is at all serious. Asking for documents to win $100 is a very bold step. This means that the casino values this money too much to let it go like this. For now, you are too small a casino to be called licensed.

you should have known that when you registered on the website and agreed to their terms. but just like many many others, no one reads the damn terms they agree to, then comes here to complain after.

well, their sports provider is betby, so it's no surprise you got flagged and asked for KYC, you would have been asked for it even if you have won $10.
my guess, you probley got flagged on other casinos using the same provider before and they linked you again.

Why are you spouting nonsense? What's the connection between these accounts? Wouldn't it be easier to remove their nonsense from the thread title and not post your own nonsense here? You understand they're wrong, no one's complaining here, I'm here for justice, I'm a player losing money, and you're a freeloader using casino money, so stop spouting nonsense here, take a coupon from your casino and get 10 free spins or whatever they pay you.
