Chatted with the support to claim the giveaway (a bit slow with their responses, but helpful nonetheless), Deposited $10 (since it's a requirement to claim the giveaway), won a few bucks on slots, and was even able to withdraw the winnings. [TxID]

I would suggest these few things, though:
1. Claiming prizes: Should be just directly given to winners account. Remove the requirement to claim them through chat support.
2. Have a clear list of banned countries.
3. The mirror site is slow and does bypass some georestrictions, so I guess, change/remove it?

Would I use this platform again? Would love to, but seeing as I'm banned, it might not happen anytime soon.
