That's a somewhat weird request for a casino feature. 
I doubt any business model that relies on betting on future outcome of events such as sports would be profitable if they somehow allowed betting on events that have already happened or whose outcomes are already known. But I guess that's part of the fantasy revolving around time-travel, being able to turn your knowledge of the future events into a useful tool. Unfortunately, as Stephen Hawking demonstrated, time-travel isn't possible (at least at our time), or maybe everyone in the future just collectively decided not to go to his little party knowing that he is on that "list".
