So far, I haven't encountered such problem when playing with some slot games on MineBit. Perhaps your ISP is a bit slow, or the connection isn't stable?
Which slot game is it? Maybe the problem also lies with the game provider.

Is there luck that accompany a new account, if you said that your luck just played out, that I can understand as much as possible, because spin is luck base game and for that reason you can hit your luck at any time that it comes by but we can't say that this luck have to do with level and state of the account.

It probably has something to do with their x.com account. Maybe they are shadowbanned by X or in their settings, their posts have limited visibility. I tried this with other accounts that posted in the same thread and the same error pops up just like yours.

The team may want to look into their account setting or find out if they are shadowbanned. X sometimes does this.
