When it comes to adult content, there's a lot of it, and they don't block profiles, they just ask for age verification if someone wants to unblock the content. Other casinos, of which there are hundreds, don't have blocked accounts, but yours do. I'm saying something strange was going on with Minebit Twitter profile, and other users have mentioned this before.
If it was about cooperation with Zealy, their account would also be blocked because they were the ones receiving money for promotion. And their account is doing great.

Not really Zealy itself, but the quests that are active now on it that are about Minebit. There is a quest there that tasks participants to post on X, encouraging participation in the Zealy campaign. I see many have already completed that quest. That is probably one of the reasons for this suspension. It did happen before, too, but back then we thought it was due to a lack of blue/gold badge (from premium subscriptions).

I've already informed the Minebit team about this, too. They'll probably find a solution for it pretty quickly.
But yeah, you're right that it only happened with their X account (twice now), strange indeed. Maybe someone's doing false reports on them? Just a speculation, though.

X is more strict on moderating spam over adult content. As already explained above by Julerz12 on how they got ban, I think I saw some casino X profile ban too for that same reason by paying participants to post and spam.

Adult content on the other hand is part of the social media and not considered as spam since X doesn’t censor this type of content. They rather ban bunch of bots that contributes nothing but spam to the platform.

If you think something is wrong on this casino, maybe provide evidence since some reputable casino do encounter problems on their social media account sometimes.

X has had that strategy since a first day Elon Musk brought a sink into Twitter's headquarter after he bought this social media company.

Since then, Elon Musk ordered his staffs in X to build up more tools and use them for detecting bot accounts, and regularly they have scanning waves to detect and clean bots. It's similar with accounts that build up followers in cheating ways that are not tolerated by X.

They are not against casinos, online gambling services because many companies in this industry have their X accounts and are very actively on X. Issue is like you already said, bumping the brand, account appearance with bots will receive kind of strict moderation from X.

I was curious so I tried to sign up and test if this is really an error from MineBit or maybe a problem from the user side. After a few minutes I signed up and tried to verify the email, and it got verified in just one try. So it is probably not from the casino. My suggestion is to try a different browser or check the internet connection being used, maybe that is why the verification keeps having trouble.
