Hi everyone, I’m planning to launch a small service where clients pay very small amounts (a few thousand satoshis per task) through the Lightning Network, and the service may involve multiple small deliveries over time instead of one single job. I noticed most escrow services here focus on larger on-chain deals, so I’m wondering: is there any trusted escrow provider on this forum who supports Lightning-based micro-transactions with staged releases (for example, partial releases after each milestone)? If not, how do sellers here usually build trust for this kind of micro-service model in the Marketplace?

I don't remember seeing an escrow for Lighting. It's possible that it's because it's mostly about small amounts, so the potential profit through the escrow fee is negligible.
As an escrow, you are obliged to judge whether the trade is really finished as agreed, sometimes it's not the simplest thing. All this requires a spend of time, and I'm not sure if a couple of satoshis covers it.

You have an example of a very promising platform, Bridgoro, the final version of which is expected to be released soon. If I'm not mistaken, I think there was a discussion about including Lighting on the platform.

Certainly, this is perhaps the direction you should go for what you're thinking about.
