It's basically about how both famous and newcomer manufacturers of physical bitcoin collectibles are no longer interested in participating in the bitcointalk.org forum. Even though howard made the thread, and I despise him and his butt-buddy spamming the forum with AI, I think it's a cool discussion to talk about. Too bad the discussion is being facilitated by an idiot and is perpetuating drama and slander onto very trusted users MMLLC/anonyminer, who called out howard and said butt-buddy for suspicious behavior.

I personally think that physical bitcoin collectibles participation has been steadily trending down after the U.S. government went after Mike because his coins were pre-loaded with currency. Yet... no one is talking about that in said topic.

For example, 99% of shitcoins don't perform as well as BTC and aren't taken seriously by big-time investors because the creators of said coins are "holding" the majority of the supply in their own wallets. Sure, they "won't sell", but what intelligent person acts on promises? What intelligent person would trust you with your history? I wouldn't touch you with a 10-foot digital pole.

f.) You say this community isn't retaining new talent because of one user, which is laughable. This forum is old-school. It doesn't attract nearly as much attention as other slop social sites, and it's probably for the best. You are talking about distributions to minted seats I presume? Those funds are held by nonnakip, not me. Anyone can sell their NastyFans seats and claim their BTC at any time. I’ve bought back tens of thousands of dollars in seats over the last several months.

As for the Minted Seats, I have been trying to gather support to get nonnakip to put in place a way for minted seats to be claimed and exchanged for the BTC held on their behalf. I am not in charge of NastyFans so I cannot do this or I would.

My question is this… If we both want Minted Seats owners to be able to claim the BTC held on their behalf, why do you attack me with lies instead of supporting me to try and get this change made? Not a single person has supported my effort on this front. I want Minted Seats to be able to be peeled and sold to claim their BTC. Is that what you also want? If so, we are on the same side. Try supporting me on this effort instead of trying to sabotage everything I do. You might be surprised what acting like an adult instead of a troll can accomplish.

Calling it a ponzi just shows that you don’t know what you’re talking about and are emotionally throwing insults because you’ve decided to hate me forever. I actually think it is because you don’t know what NastyFans is and think our coin fundraiser was the organization. You’ve probably never even owned an actual NastyFans seat that wasn’t minted as a fundraiser. Who participates in a fundraiser and then complains they didn’t profit? (Spoiler alert: A majority of those coins even show a positive ROI, but I got a negative trust rating for stating that fact.)

I have done everything I said I would with regards to NastyMining and Minted Seats. If people had different expectations then that is on them. I’m now trying to make changes to try and address concerns and meet expectations but instead of helping me make wanted changes, people like you attack me with lies.

I haven’t created a nightmare for myself. Outside of a small handful of mouthy trolls who don’t know what they’re talking about on this forum, I am quite respected in the industry.

I’ve never stolen anything in my life. I have told you that I want Minted Seats to be able to be claimed and sold even though that was never something that was said would happen and that seems to be what you want, right? Hard to tell, you throw insults and then when I offer to help you with a solution you say I’m a waste of time. At least it clearly shows that you aren’t interested in changing anything. You just want to complain. That isn’t how positive change is made.

First, that is not how large civil suits work.  I am limited to the evidence in my claim that I swore under around six weeks ago.  Oggy's sworn evidence is due this month, and it's limited to the statements in his defence.  

We all have the same evidence TMAN originally posted (I have the full archive), left unsecured on Nonakip's work server in Germany.   Pictures of OG's family, his trip to Vegas and many legal documents on his house purchase.   Then nonakip and I shared some PMs.  This is how I knew about employment as a driving instructor and not in finance.  Here's a wild idea - just ask OgNasty outright if Nonakip is his brother.
