Hi OP, there are a few threads listing the available escrow service providers, but they were last updated a couple of years ago, so you might want to check out each of the service providers so that you know whether they still charge the same fee or have the same terms as before and whether they are still active in the forum or not.

What I remember is that albon's and irfan_pak10's escrow service was at one point helping with the deals for zero fees. Check them out if they still do and make sure they fulfil their terms and conditions

OP is selling eBay gift cards, which are indeed high-risk as the seller might be delivering cards that have already been used, or these cards might have been purchased with stolen credit cards, might be canceled later.

However, I believe we can make the transaction safe by requiring proof from both parties, but before proceeding the seller and the buyer must agree to the risks, and acknowledge that we are not responsible for any disputes that may occur after the funds and the code are delivered. The seller provides proof that the card is valid and unused, and the buyer can share their screen while redeeming the card to confirm it works fully and has not been used by anyone before.
