There are many kinds of personalities in the world. Some characters may even clash due to differences. But if we want to improve economically, we may need to change some parts of ourselves. People believe that the Doers are the ones who win the economic challenge. These are the ones who take the risks and just jump. They’re not afraid of change but rather crave it. They adapt well and they have a wide network.

Thinkers on the other hand are more rational and thinks about everything carefully. They want everything to make sense, be logical, and most of the time be perfect before they even make the step forward.

Yes, those who can evolve themselves considering the situation are the brave ones and they can improve in life. And to improve in life, it is most important to keep in touch with one person from another, whether it is in business or in the field of work. Communication is the power of success. Which introverted people cannot do.
But those who are extroverted can mix with most people, can talk to them, can understand the surrounding things, at the end of the day they are the ones who achieve success.

Truth of the match is that thinking alone cannot give you success, it is a first stage after which will translate to effective doings and they are very important stages to become successful. Firstly you have to be a thinker which is the planning stage then you have to become a doer which is the execution stage, if you jump planning stage into execution stage you will likely fail because you won't have a clear direction.

It's the same thing as knowing the right thing to do but lacking discipline to go into action, thinking is not enough to give you success until you begin to practice what you envisage. If you understand financial management but lacks discipline to practicalize it what it means is that all your efforts to research and gain knowledge is of no practical gains. Do we really need to pick?

Both are needed for a great economy, and I think if there's understanding of both types of people, then it can become a better country. I do like people who think hard about what they will do. Professionalist. But it will depend on the situation.
There are times we badly need the Doers, too. Without even thinking it through, they just do it and accept every challenge in their way. Both are very important in society, and I think it should not be debated or ask on who we will pick. Again, situational.

There is no shortage of thinkers in the world, but to turn those thoughts into reality, there must be activists, otherwise no kind of change will be possible in the world. All the major revolutionary changes that have occurred in this world have come about through struggling activists.
One thing that must be kept in mind is that behind every success, there will definitely be a role of thinkers because if they do not inform the struggling workers about the roadmap and the future consequences, then they will not be able to struggle or work according to the roadmap shown. For this, along with the workers, thinkers are also needed.

Both are needed to survive in today's world, there are many people that are both thinkers and doers, for example I don't just jump the bridge without looking into the depth of the water under, to avoid injuries.

I like taking well calculated risk, so I exhibit the characteristics of both personalities. Taking blind risk is good for those who have so much money to play around with. If you have spent hours of hard work gathering your capital, you would have to dot your Is and cross your Ts before making any business decision.

You need to survive in this world. After analysing a business or professional opportunity, don't procrastinate if the risk is worth taking. Procrastination shouldnot be seen as logical or rational thinking; they are different.

To be honest what you said is just as saying that employee and the employer who is mostly needed. To me both are important because they both depends on each others, if there is no employee there wouldn't be an employer. So, if there is thinker you wouldn't see the doers, as the thinkers thinks critical and gives to the doers to implement it. I can also give another insight about it, if there laborers you wouldn't have the engineers, as the both depends on each others to make a work done.

All personality types find their place in the economy. Do not think that success can be achieved only by fussy, energetic activities. There is a widespread opinion that you need to constantly do something instead of thinking. This is a big mistake. Even in order to rob a store and avoid punishment, you need to think. An energetic jerk is likely to be caught or shot. It's the same in business.

As the world is today, you most be a thinker and not only a thinker but a doer also for you to survive, I believe the challenges comes in everyday nearly from all ramifications and mostly on a different scale per individual, so your ability to think towards challenges that confront you and providing solution towards it, create a societal balance.
The people that are CEOs that we see today, started as thinker but in thinking I believe they did resource mobilization too, as they where not having all the money, so your ability to mobilize resources in line with your thinking and for people to invest in your ideas makes a you doer as well.

A thousand thought with zero action is completely waste and adds little or nothing to the thinker. As much as the nature of an introverted person makes it deficult for him or her to really come out open regarding his stands on things, it's just right that at some point he break free from anything that's associated with that reserved nature and come out open because being open and free spirited is an advantage that adds to your ability to think meticulously as an introverted person.

Leaders are ideally critical thinkers and because of the enormous problem leaders are expected to solve, every leader needs that for him to thrive well. But that being said, leadership is quite demanding and so, a leader will normally need to have the ability to adapt in different ways based on the responsibility he faces while leading.

We tend to think in terms of dichotomies, but aren't we all doers sometimes, and thinkers others? Think about the same person in different scenarios: perhaps he thoroughly thinks which one is the best work for him before changing jobs, or thoroughly think about the investments he makes, but consumes in an irrational, impulsive way. Thinkers, are always likely to overthink things and wait to be fully prepared before action. This overthinking slows performance and delays success.

Both are needed, to be successful you have to be a thinker and a doer. If you are missing one then your journey to success is very difficult. For the journey to be error-free you have to be a thinker so that you have a proper plan, proper strategy and backup strategy. To implement that strategy and plan you have to be a doer. Think, what will happen if you are missing one of the qualities?

The reason for not being a thinker is that you have to work like a donkey, you will not get enough results against your hard work. Due to not being a doer, you have to only plan, its reflection in reality will be very difficult. So in today's economy both are equally important. The value of one without the other is less.

The two complement each other; it's impossible to do/execute without planning/thinking. It would be better if a person could incorporate both skills. I confess that I have some difficulty executing; I think too much. Not that I'm a procrastinator, but if I executed everything I "plan," I would be more successful, not because they are infallible plans, but because I could proceed with what worked and discard what doesn't, freeing up the weight on my mind.

There is often some other influence that makes you into a thinker, sometimes it can be drugs, depression or other times it may just be inertia - when someone has been in one state of mind for so long it can be hard to put it into action. The key thing is though, you need to simply get on with things, the longer you put stuff off the bigger the job can become. I find that starting early and ticking off a few tasks can help productivity for the rest of the day and get you going. Creating lists can also be valuable because you can cut down tasks into smaller segments, so even if you don't complete all in one day you can make progress.

People who just act without thinking are only going to acting without direction and property planning and they are not going to achieve much, if at all.

People who just think and not act are delusional and are not going to achieve anything because results come from acting and not just thinking alone.

Those who think and actually have higher chances of achieving much since they take their time to brainstorm and have a proper working plan before going ahead to put their plan into working.

When striving for survival in an unstable economy, doers are the major force to put things into place, but for a stable economy, thinkers are the perfect match to make things done. In a country where the citizens are fighting for survival, prices of goods and services pretty high and so much unstable promises, those that will truly survive are those that doesn't think twice before making a step, it's believe they find problems and solve it along the way, while they do, they make mistakes, they solves the mistakes and make progress.

It looks to me like the Doers can't successfully do what they're building or trying to do without the Thinkers guiding them. While Thinkers can build it on their own if they really want to.
Doers bring energy, speed, and courage. They take risks and make things happen. But without direction, that action can easily go the wrong way. Thinkers provide structure, strategy, and long-term vision. They see potential problems before they happen and create smarter plans. That being said, thinking alone isn't enough either. Overanalyzing can lead to inaction. In today's economy, the real edge comes from balance, thinking strategically but still taking action. We must have both for now, because thinking without doing it will only be a dream and if we do it without having careful thinking then we will only be people who don't know what the future direction is like so we must have both without having to think about choosing one because both are very important, how can you force yourself to just do it without having a clear basis for thinking right? in the economy it is usually the balance between our behavior and brain abilities that will produce the benefits that we can get, therefore creativity or innovation is born.
