This is always expected and not out of place for bitcoin to achieve such amount of gains when the last one week market charts shown multiple 5% gains with in the week, so we all should be expecting such rebound in price of bitcoin, $73k+ although I will say that the price may stay at that benchmark for sometime but having shown this amount of gains the correction should leave us around $68k or most.

That's for sure a psychological levels but we probably be heading to a long accumulation period before we hover those prices you mention and they're probably a difficult one to break with the current sentiment that still on the downside. More like another dead cat bounce for me even if it hits $80k tbh.

Taking profits will not be now, it will be for the long term because it will be strange for one to take profit at a price below $80k after they have hodl above $100k, they didn't have this push to sell at above "100k", is it now they will sell? Buying through DCA should be their main priority since they have the knowledge that Bitcoin will pump more than it has.

Time to take profit? On what actually do you meant. Did you invested when bitcoin was less than $20K, if Yes then you should have taken profit when bitcoin was above $100K, this is not the best time to take profit but a good sign that the market will recover again and you’ll have the chance for your portfolio to grow bigger. Bitcoin has shown a bullish sign, and this is good for many reasons as many investors are looking to actually hold on to their portfolio and see bitcoin reaching the ATH and creating a new one again. If you’re still in doubt of buying, this is just a tip of the iceberg that bitcoin will grow again and hit new ATH again.

Yes, I agree with you, seeing people on here becoming excited so early when this kind of movement is normal during the bear season, I've come across many signs like this many times. If it can cross 80k and above and stable there for 2 weeks, that's when I can boldly say that the market is out of the pit of hell, but right here, hell no.

I dont think its temporary but there is always a cycle to buying and selling.  BTC is likely with positive bias upto 80k, it could sell before that but I would still expect that kind of cycle to be the default target and reasonable to watch for a range in the BTC price action.

80k is the November low and roughly where April pricing found support.  Now we operate and trade below that level it becomes likely future resistance.   My attitude to these potential areas for volume is its both attractive or magnetic as we approach but can repel us from that area leading to rejection and a sell, there is no certainty but we can see paths worn by prior price action.

OP,  it's always good to be alert and enthusiastic about positive price movements, but going beyond that isn't even speculation; it's a fallacy to claim this is the best price of the year.
From my point of view, any price below $100ksimply means we're still in a correction. The short-term goal should be to establish a floor at <> $100K.

Honestly speaking I have never had any doubts about Bitcoin in recent times or ever since we have had this discrepancy with having a bear season because it’s normal to have a bear season, because when you have a bear season it also gives another opportunity to have a bull season where we can have a new ATH and eventually have more profits as well, and I have always been saying that this bear season is an opportunity to buy more bitcoin and not an opportunity to keep panicking, because we should be more interested in buying more bitcoin and stacking more bitcoin, but I would be more concerned now that we are away from bear season, because I absolutely think there is still more opportunities to keep buying more bitcoin with the present price because we haven’t gotten to 100k yet so there might still be more to come along the line.

Its good but not a deciding move for bitcoin for another run up, chart literally looks like any other chart when it dumped and touching nearest supply zone followed by consolidation before recovery.
If the surge continues after small correction and go to $80k, only then it will become exciting again.

Yes, you are right, the fourth day of March was the most bullish sign since the start of 2026, and the major cryptocurrency has gained almost 8 percent. Frankly, the market performance on the fourth day of March of this new year seems to me to be breaking out of the well-worn path of previous price downtrend zone and positive indicators are currently showing, as the market is currently in a state where BTC is down almost 40% from its ATH in October last year. That is a good news for us seeing Bitcoin price can break $70k barrier. I still watching the market for now although I sold some to take my profit. But the market seems still not too good since many altcoins on the red.

But we need to be careful since we will see weekend. The market usually gets more correction in weekend but hopefully, the correction will not gives much affect.

If the price can stay $70k levels in this weekend while the correction coming, the price may have more chances to increase in the next weeks.

If you have a long-term plan then there is no need to analyze the market, just buy BTC and hold.
