In your case, you have entered incorrect address when you're doing a withdrawal. So, i think it's hard to get your money back caused by Bitvavo would say it's your fault for not double checking it before you withdraw it.
I can only guess your incorrect wallet is already whitelisted. So it doesn't verification to send there. Menawhile, Bitvavo would always send you a verification email when you're withdrawing your money.
However, it's not working when address is already whitelisted.
