Here is my first tip, to those who still want to gamble but are scared of not falling into uncontrollable temptations and gambling addiction.

Is it even true that such people who really have the passion to gamble and has all the privileges such as right and resources exists and basically stick not to gamble over the implications of addiction?
No, I am convinced to believe that such enthusiast may only make the decision not to gamble maybe due to religious practices or lifestyle that only enjoys gambling discussions but does not actually gamble. Perhaps there are also people like that.

To stay off from addiction you can simply set up a bankroll and betting plans and you don't have to be desperate of making profits. Especially higher profits or chasing lost.

Some naturally assume gambling to be irresponsible activity and does not like to participate.

As someone who is struggling to avoid gambling, I think the only advice I can give is to make yourself busy or immediately use your money to buy something you need or pay your bills in advance if possible.
That will literally help you avoid gambling, and that is what I’m doing right now. But yeah, like I said there are times when I still can’t avoid it, and I don’t know the reason why.

I would say above would be the best approach for you to be able to avoid gambling addiction because this is is where people usually ending up on getting addicted at the time t hat  they would be having those intents on trying out to make money with gambling and wanting for it to be a source of living on which we know that it is impossible for most gamblers. To be honest, even if we tell this for a hundred times to all of the gamblers out there. The majority will still continue to chase their losses. I even said this to myself that I won't be chasing my losses. But, I just can't help myself for doing it in few times whenever I am in a losing streak. Maybe do it in moderation and like giving yourself a grace period or grace amount of how much you'll potential recover but if you can't, you should stop temporarily.

So far, one of the most difficult things to adhere to is not chasing losses. Setting a gambling budget is easy to do, you just need to separate it from your living expenses or even put it in a different place to keep yourself from gambling beyond your budget.
