I don’t think it’s fair to punish a user for taking advantage of a feature that your casino provides. If your games allow cashing out at low multipliers then you can’t blame the user or threaten to restrict his account for playing that way.
If you think such practices poses a risk to your casino and can lead to abusing your system, then the fairest resolution would be to only count bets above a certain multiplier toward the wagering requirement and make sure to mention this in the bonus terms.

Yes, that’s a very good offer. But that’s not what this is about. It’s more about the fact that you placed a wager, won the race (yes, we paid you out repeatedly and instantly). But you’re exploiting weaknesses; your play is correct, but not fair to the other players who DON’T PROFIT from weaknesses, but PLAY.

Well, I have a few deposits... I played & lost most of it, but I managed to win some prizes in the daily wagering races. By my logic, a prize is something we earn through playing, so it should be considered players funds, not bonus funds...

In any case, I played & hit something nice, and I didn't stop there... I kept playing and only withdrew when I got tired. And the withdrawal was pretty fast & without any issues.

Bonuses are just bonuses. There is nothing we can do with it and expect something (a win) from it. Usually, it returns to the casino. Therefore, as we gamble, make sure that we have enough money to spend, not relying on bonuses or whatever.
