Metawin, worst "support" ever. No way to access account or get help

Not a scam, but since I can't enter my account anymore, which has small funds and what not, it kind of is, even obviously not intentional.
So I randomly got kicked out of my account for no reason. Trying to log back into my account as always via email code, code is not coming. Tried several times, no code coming.

So what's left? The bot support and it couldn't be more ridiculous. Bot tells me I should contact the support, even though he IS the "support".
Bot offers to create a ticket so human support can look into it, which I say "so do that" to. Bot ends the chat and says must be logged in to talk to a real agent.

So when you have an issue with your login, there is nothing they will do since support will only help if you are logged in, which is the issue itself. What kind of retardation is this? Discord "mods" also couldn't care less



Gone 3 times through this and now I am at a simple point where I can say FUCK metawin. So done with this site, they can keep their garbage airdrop and the few $ in my account. Just ridiculous to offer such a support.

Perhaps that is one of the loopholes they might want to improve. A user who needs to log a complaint should not be force to first sign up or log in.

I also think casinos need to invest much more in support staff. Once the complaints that are not resolved arise, the reputation of the casino is damaged because everything will be out on the internet. Earning back that trust is not easy.

I will advise that you sent them an email, the support team should be able to read what you sent and also respond to that, I think they also have an announcement thread here on the forum, if still active, then you can contact their support representative and hear what they may offer you, while you can still get more clue if you are the only one having similar experience or other people are also having something similar.

I am not defending MetaWin here but some points can be taken into consideration before accusing the casino to be a garbage. Since you don't have any pending dispute with the casino and there aren't valid reasons to lock your account or limit your access, it might be a loophole in the system, especially you are the only (till now) facing this problem.

Even it's a frustrated situation, I suggest you to try to contact representatives of the casino via other available channels.

I believe this is the first ever MetaWin case, because I kept my eyes on the casino [I wore their sig before] and waiting for them to have their first [in a completely neutral just-for-fun way]. It's fine, but thanks for your offer, I appreciate it. I moved on already. If a site handles cases with bots that let you run in circles I have decided that it's not worth my time. So I also don't want you to waste yours. I mean how ridiculous is that? No way to contact human support unless you are logged in. No live chat, no email, no discord support (anymore) and.or other way. Just crazy.

Anyway, will close this thread and leave it as a cautionary tale.
