If the termination of tompolo's job is real that means its an indirect strategic means of bringing him to book and maybe purnish him for is previous actions. Since the acceptance of that contract, tompolo have ended up betraying his brother's and friend all in the name of protecting his job without knowing its just a medium through which the Nigerian government intends reducing power and allowing them betray each other for them to gain access to nigga delta and now all they wish for have been archived. Doing that will make him have a rethink on going back but won't know is a trap to get him to book and destroy him as soon as possible.
Although with the raise in security of the nation I dont think the Nigerian government will be ready to risk it as terminating the contract the increase security challenges within the nigga delta axis and may even reduce the countries oil production rate.

If this is true that the president wants to terminate the contract of Tompolo then it's a very wrong decision by the president because it will affect our oil pipelines drastically, there will be pipeline vandalism on the increase. If you notice you will know that since he was given that contract by the president there has been relative peace in the niger delta region and we haven't been hearing of pipelines vandalism of late and  there has been peaceful co-exhitence with the government and the niger region.

I will advise that he should be allowed to continue the job since he is doing perfectly well and there hasn't been news of vandalism so far because if the contract is terminated there will be serious damages on pipelines and it will reduce the flow of oil causing spillages here and there. This can actually cause Tompolo to go back to his old ways so the president should have a rethink on his decision if this information is true.

If he wants to remove Tompolo then who is going to replace him which will do the game he (Tompolo) is currently doing because the guy has seriously understood the business like Tompolo did. Tompolo has become political than a freedom fighter, they no longer fear him because he din with them and they have seen him finish that's my observation, it will cause another crisis in the region if the terminate the contract form him and we don't want that except the government has a capable hand that's as sting as him to handle the project.

The president of Nigeria picks interest in Niger Delta? I thought the president is a busy man and having such schedules on his list, probably his Vice president will do the handling. There's absolutely no concrete evidence that shows that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is suppose to be looking at the current condition of the country and spotting out solution to solved these problems been encountered by the country.

I can agree on that because Tompolo won't just let anyone mostly an outsider who doesn't know much the oil Delta region, take the position from him and am sure there would be some kind of settlement or percentage share, if he were to allow being replaced by someone else in this region.
The balance of power and peace in this region isn't like in the north or west and that's why president Tinubu has to be careful about this move while still in power and having an intention of running for re-election next year.

I don't even see the idea of accepting to take care of the pipeline a big deal considering that you are just securing the pipe while they move it from your place and take it out leaving you with nothing than peanut that comes as per check for the security job they are doing. if Tompolo want to pull wait, he should stop being used and fight for the right of the nija delta region that has been denied them. that the government can decide to take such position from his hands still suggest that they are just using him as long as he remains relevant and fact remains that once they succeed at removing him, he will be attacked because it only suggest that he lacks backing any longer.

Bringing him to which book? Tompolo and every other militant sins were pardoned under the amnesty scheme that was conducted by former president Goodluck Jonathan, so u saying bringing him to book is what i don’t understand, why haven’t they brought all those notorious Boko haram bandits in the North that are killing innocent souls irrationally to book? Is it Tompolo that has laid down his arms and accepted peace that Tinubu want to bring to book.
