Update - They released my withdrawal , even though they asked the Kyc 4 for me. Don't know what made them  to release my withdrawal. This is clearly a harassment from support team. I don't know if this caught their eye but they should ressolve their issue asap . I'm closing the thread.

I'm an existing user of xyes casino , It's been a long time since I'm not playing on xyes casino. Recently I received a promotional mail from them which was stating a $5 bonus if I just add their agent to my contacts and communicate. I reach their agent through the email , and asked him if I can get the bonus. Then he credited the $5 on my xyes casino wallet.

There was no special condition attached to this promotional campaign/offer which we usually see at bonuses. So I played and make it to$35 , and withdrew the fund $23 . Since I used xyes casino before and withdrawal was smooth so I didn't paid attention, but after passed 12h then I paid attention to it and reached their support team. Support team was told me to complete the KYC level 4 which requires to submit the income

Then I asked that this rule implied only for me or for everyone. Then the person was chatting with me told me that When the risk department detects multi-account activity, KYC verification is required. I told him wtf he was saying , I'm don't even use your casino and you are accusing me indirectly of multi account. He didn't gave me any solid answer and stick with his answer to complete the KYC 4.

Wtf is xyes team doing. So now I have to submit my source of income just for this $23 withdrawal? I saw recently they have lots of complain on forum. Nothing has solved but still in their ANN thread they are active. If their representative is active they should not run the business unless they solve these issues.

Is the provision for the source of funds not supposed to be asked when a gambler makes a deposit and they don't trust where the deposit is coming from? Why ask for such a level 4 KYC when it's just a bonus amount multiplied by $23?

I have tried to go through the TOS. I can't even see where they mentioned a situation that requires level 4 verification.

If it was a free bonus anyway, the only thing you probably lost was your precious time, but most casinos have KYC levels all the way to level 4, and they will always insist you complete verification if you want to withdraw.

Maybe the support guy stated it badly, and it was more like an accusation that you were multi-accounting. He could have just said that the KYC verification is to ensure that there is no bonus abuse or there are no multiple accounts that took advantage of the bonus, and for $23, it should not go all the way up to level 4 at least.

xyes casino is known for scam already, I’m always very careful with the kind of casino I use in this forum because some of them are scammers, I try as much as possible to use a trusted casino with no complain or scam accusation, and those casinos with red tag is a no for me, nutildah gave them a red tag on the 1 of December 2025, for lying about having a license, they actually don’t have a license they fogged one for themselves and they got caught, if you were cautious you would have seen the feedback and avoided them, right now they already have 2 red tag, I will advise you go and support the flag because you have experienced the kind of casino they are.
Even if you carry on with the KYC and submit your source of income I believe they will still not allow you withdraw your money, they told you that because they know you can’t do it for such small amount of money.

People should avoid xyes casino they are scammers, I think more red tag should be given to there official account in this forum

Since you have already seen that there are many complaints about them on forums, it was still a mistake to go and play on their site. As a conscious game player, it is surprising that you would fall into such a trap. If they truly had good intentions, they would have fixed those problems after receiving so many complaints. Since they have not resolved those issues, it clearly shows that they are scammers and it seems they may not be able to continue their business for much longer, which is why everything has started becoming disorganized.

Kyc level 2 is okay , but wtf is level 4? I  didn't even saw someone is asking kyc 4 and there's an option to submit them.

Lol even reputated casino like BC Game has complaints, it doesn't means they stopped their business or people don't play this casino anymore. Since it was a free money , I gave it a try.
