Safest countries to live with Bitcoin?

New-old war is active again in Middle East, and I think it will soon spread to even more countries and Europe.
We should also not forget the terrible war that has been raging for years in Ukraine, with millions of people losing their lives and their homes.

My question is which countries you think are the safest to live in, that are pro-bitoin or neutral towards Bitcoin?

I think that Europe will be more chaotic in few years, so I'm looking for countries to escape outside of European continent.
Getting foreign documents easier is important, as well as lower cost of living.

On a normal day I wouldn't advice towards Africa since Safe isn't the word you would use with them

Look for any Africa country, like South Africa, Uganda, Ghana, Nigeria, this are countries which I know their chances of getting involve in war are very slim unless they are being invaded, they care less about investing in weapons so I don’t see what will attract any country to attack them or them thinking about fighting against other countries.

Is Africa really a good option though?  If war expands through Europe, it probably means a World War or a similar sized war.  That means less Money.  Less Safety.  More hunger.  I imagine a poor country may not end up getting them selves involved in a war, but the poverty may spike the criminality rate to the ceiling.  I do not know if I want to run from a war to get my self sliced up for Money, food and other resources.

Not to mention that OP wants a Safe counntry to live with Bitcoin.  Will Africa have a good and reliable Internet connection in a large scale war?

Spain is staying out of war, the citizens of Spain like their leader not to support Trump and he stayed out of the war, unlike UK. I will recommend Spain. Since the internal war called Spanish civil war from 1936 to 1939 which is an internal war, Spain was not affected with war fight or bombing in the first and second world war.

But he should not go to some northern parts like Sokoto, Zafara, Maiduguri. Lagos, Igbadun, Ogun and some Southern part are most peaceful.

There's at least a theoretical chance Putin's "divide and conquer" informational war succeeds and it allows Russia take out Ukraine and continue though Europe.
Let's say that Europe is not sleeping too comfortable, given the wars nearby and US behaving rather erratically.

I’m from Philippines and we have a neutral stand on Bitcoin and we accept foreigners openly so my country is perfect spot for foreigners seeking refuge.

Our country is also composed of thousands of islands which has a lot of good beach and cheaper cost of living while everything is available as daily necessities.

The only problem now is our dumb president is doing a military agreement to US which might be the result for conflict to US enemies in the future like a proxy war against China. But as is condition we have a good neutral standing with Bitcoin.

I’d advice on New Zealand more, the probability of them joining any wars is very very low and they have a good, peaceful and stunning land. Also I think there are Bitcoin ATM’s and merchant which can make the ‘Living with Bitcoin’ feasible.

Bitcoin is Legal over there and it is regarded as a property, meaning it is taxable..

Since the EU is never an option, i believe the South American countries like Argentina and Paraguay, which currently have a big plan for Bitcoin mining and have a % tax gain at the moment, but i expect Paraguay to change the tax law in the future, and it is easy to become a citizen there.
Another option is African countries, and I will suggest countries like the Seychelles, Malta, and more, but i will exclude South Africa due to the rate of physical assault and attacks happening in some areas.
I would also suggest New Zealand and Australia, but with the relationship they have with the US, i dont see why the war won't involve them, just like they were once involved with Germany war in the 19s.

You seem not to acknowledge the fact that Africa is a continent not a country however op is country concerned not continent, of cause we have several countries in Africa where you can’t even imagine how much internet access you can get even beyond some minor Europe countries and yet are safe to a very god extent where you have no concern with war or threat of theft except you have to make it obvious that you own some amount of wealth or bitcoin, hence places exist infact even in a country their are part of if that you can find more comfort, no tax and a lot more more than you enjoy in the future war zones.

Find a country in Africa of your choice with high chance of your safety!!

Another thing is country like my country, Nigeria is bitcoin neutral, we have people from different part of the world living among us with no threat of live and perhaps this kind of thread uplift my spirit knowing that values of freedom in my country and Africa as a continent will be beyond measure soon.

If the war in the Middle East is a factor, the Argentina is one of the country that is ideal for a Bitcoiner. They have a pro Bitcoin president and they dont have records of terrorism attacks or any tie to the warring parties. The crimes there should just be the normal ones seen in every other place as there is no country completely free of crime.

Since European countries were excluded, the first country that came to mind was Singapore - it's become a top choice for some Europeans to fly from their home countries and settle there. As I recall, they're also a Bitcoin-friendly country, even offering no capital gains tax on long-term cryptocurrency investments or personal investments. It's a promising and relatively safe country, and the cost of living should be relatively similar to that in Europe or the US.

I think the Oceania countries would be the best destination, especially New Zealand and Australia.
If Australia sounds too cliché, you can stick to New Zealand. For the "getting foreign document" part, I hate to say it, but your nationality, skin colour, and skill will determine.
Overall, it's a good destination to escape a war in Europe ( I believe it won't get to that). They have a good employment rate, reasonable inflation and a stable political system and economy. 

In case of a world war, I believe they will oarticipate but it will just send troops as it did in previous world wars. The country has a relatively small military force and budget. 

On a side note, It's funny that a person who was never regarded by the international community as a threat to world peace is the one who has come the closet to push the world to a world war. A lot of people thought of Putin, Kim Jong Un, The Iranian regime, not many people thought of Trump as a threat to wold peace, but it turns out hes the biggest threat.

I hve been doing some research on Malaysia as an option.  From what I understand, they have a "digital nomad" visa option, and your money will go a lot further than in Europe.

Probably one of the most organized setups in Asia right now.  If you are a "tech talent" or even just a digital freelancer, the barrier to entry is surprisingly low: you just need to show an annual income of at least $24k, which is not too steep, imo.

I suggest Mauritius, it is recognized as one of the most peaceful and safest country in Africa, news always has it that Mauritius hold the number 1 position as the safest country in Africa on the Global Peace Index, it has held this position for many years and till date.
Bitcoin is legal in Mauritius, same as other cryptocurrecies but it's regulated as a digital currency under a body know as VAITOS and FSC, they oversees everything in the system and make sure that the due process is followed by servic provider who need to comply with the AML regulations.

The wars in parts of Europe, middle East Asia is causing and adding big  to migration challenges in the world presently, people are on the search for locations where they can escape to, to have natural peace without getting scared of been hit by unanticipated airstrikes

One of the countries here in Africa that I can think of having a calm ambience and are somewhat neutral with bitcoin is Rwanda. A no notorious country in the continent of Africa that even many Africans wishes to visit.

2. Relaxed immigration rules
3. Low cost of living
All these are definitely pointing to Africa. But once it's Africa, you should consider another challenge - security.

If the current war situation in the Middle East countries makes it very risky to live in, especially if you do not want to live in European countries and find it too risky, then I would say that you can live peacefully in Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, all these countries in the African continent, especially for Bitcoiners, which will be a safe place to live. Moreover, if you want to know about better countries and find safer places to live for Bitcoiners and want to live a better life, then I can recommend New Zealand, Australia because you can be safe from all these countries. All the countries that I have mentioned have no reason to engage in war, they will never engage in war. Living in all these countries that I have mentioned later may be very expensive, but it will be safe.

It is not easy task to find safe spot that finds balance between world stability and Bitcoin friendly laws and low cost of living. I was thinking about the same thing. War is a temporary thing, but local crimes are permanent, so when someone wants to move out to a country so that they can live a peaceful life with their cryptocurrencies and stuff, they should make sure they move to a place where street crimes, robberies, theft, and all other things are not very common because if they are, the person is not going to be able to live a happy and peaceful life over there because no matter how much you try, you can't stay completely private, you have to go out, come back, and that could create problems if people are watching you.

So many people have suggested African countries, which I why I was constantly thinking about this because street crimes such as theft, pick pocketing, robberies, and all these stuff are mostly common in African countries because there is not enough security or law and order, which doesn't make them ideal places to live your whole life, they could be good for tourism, but I wouldn't recommend such countries for permanent residence.
