Bro, the reality is no place is 100% safe from global chaos but finding the ones that suit you best according to the risk and lack of facilities that you think you are ready to bear. Several places are suited for this like El Salvador. I don't know much about the weather there, but it is BTC-friendly. Some might say it is a developing country, so maybe you can see some security concerns, but nothing serious. As security is something is in the hands of the person, the rest is in place. But I don't think that place is that bad.
