How about you? Where are you comfortable telling your gambling addiction, and what are your reasons to trust them?

In terms of trust, professionals like therapist are the people you should trust because based on the etiquette of their job, their is no way they will bridge that trust and if they even try t do so, you have the legal backing to call them out and make them pay for damages. they will also from experience give you the best advice possible. apart from professionals, religious leaders are also good persons to share your gambling challenges with because since gambling is something they already kick against, they will be a good source that will guide you against allowing yourself ever get addicted.

I have a friend whom I advise so many times to talk to a physician who is an expert in curing addiction, but he says that he can't because he doesn't trust doctors, because he feels that they are prolonging the session so they can extract money from their clients.

He ended up going to a priest to confess his addiction in a confession room and at the same time ask for advice, he reasons that he can easily trust the Priest because they don't charge a fee, you are anonymous to them because there is a curtain to both of you, and Priest are men of God and they study to give good advice.
How about you? Where are you comfortable telling your gambling addiction, and what are your reasons to trust them?

You know, literally speaking about the doctor, he said that was really the doctor's purpose, and that was true, and I think he was just being practical: if there was another way, why not, right? That's why he preferred to confess to the priest, which is, for me, okay because at least he can boost himself in a positive response to what he's going through, whatever it is.

Then we're talking about addiction, there's no need for medication if you can still control yourself at least somehow. Unlike a doctor who has medication to do and will recommend
taking medicine or drugs that he needs, for me it's not okay.

Sometime they feels hard to shares their addiction story to others. They are not ready if others disrespected or judged wrongly so they feels that bottle it up will okay for them. They may feels that everything still okay and no bad things happens to them.

They don't see it but others will see and may trying to communicate to solve the addiction. But if he feels right to share his addiction to others and needs advice to cure it, he will do and go to expert by suggestion. That depend on how comfortable that guy to share his addiction and he will pick the right person to shares.

You are absolutely right, things won't have get out of hand when we gamble but with the way it is being handled, people are now experiencing the other of gambling which includes much losses and regrets but if gamblers are determined to adhere to the rules and regulations of gambling, especially in responsible way, they will find it easy to overcome any form that will make them to do things in the wrong way that will make them to gamble in a way it will affect their health.

It's hard but doable if the gambler wanted to practice things in a responsible way, there are gamblers who lose a lot since they can't control their own emotions and when desire and lust push you, most of the time you'll lose a lot, better to analyze things and see if you are fit to this industry because if you can't control your emotions then you may suffer a lot, be an open minded and do not follow your desire,  ask help, a help from someone who you feel the comfortable feelings to stay out from gambling.
