Once webhooks are enabled in your API project settings, Gorshok sends a POST request to your server whenever the order status changes, so you don’t need to constantly poll the /order endpoint. Webhook payload includes the event type, order ID, status, currencies, amount, address details and timestamp. Each webhook request is signed with HMAC-SHA256 via the X-Webhook-Signature header, so you can verify that the request really came from Gorshok. Webhooks are available for commercial API projects. Am I correct in assuming that you have your own reserve as well, but it'll only be used for those who don't want to worry about the risk levels of their assets? If the answer to that is "yes", then does it come with a higher service fee?
- BTW, on your homepage, it mentions "Operating since 2022", but I couldn't find traces of it from back then... Did you use to have a different domain?

Gorshok checks several available exchange routes at the same time and selects the one with the best rate and availability for the selected direction. The final rate and all exchange conditions are always shown before the order is created. We do not add hidden fees after the order is created. Regarding risk/KYC/AML: Gorshok has general Terms of Use that apply to all exchanges on the service. At the same time, if a user has high-risk assets or a non-standard case, they can contact our support/operator before creating an order. In some cases, such an exchange can be processed manually. The fee/rate may be higher in this case, because manual processing requires additional work and a more complex route. As an additional trust factor, Gorshok has a public deposit of around $13,000 on the Lolzteam forum. This is a guarantee deposit for users’ confidence. Regarding “Operating since 2022”: this refers to the start of our exchange activity, not the launch date of the current website. Gorshok started on November 3, 2022 on the Lolzteam forum, where exchanges were processed manually before the public web version was launched. The current website version was launched later, on February 14, 2026. That is why you may not find public traces of the current website from 2022. The 2022 date refers to our actual exchange activity, which began on Lolzteam.
