Logan backed out and used the WWE as an excuse. Shocker. The only fight left I want to see between any of the Paul brothers is Logan versus Jake.

Yes, and Logan confirmed it, but many, including Le'Veon Bell do not believe, and Logan just wants an excuse not to fight him. Logan just wants publicity in the first place. Why would he make a dare? I'm sure he is aware that he has a contract with WWE and they will not allow him to fight outside of WWE.
