Is it an achievement to have knowledge about Bitcoin but not be able to invest in Bitcoin?

If teaching and spreading news about Bitcoin is all you can do, would you considered yourself a total failure?

A friend is running a business and all he can do is pay bills and eat, he is not in power to do more than this, but having the knowledge about bitcoin is making him to question if he have wasted his time learning about Bitcoin.

Is the only way to be part of this movement is by becoming an investor?

Having knowledge about Bitcoin is indeed very valuable, you have learned about something that can provide great benefits in the future, but not being able to invest in Bitcoin does not mean you have failed. Not being able to invest doesn't make one a failure has rightly said. But striving to investment regardless is a positive advantage to a person, it will give anyone that audacity and accuracy when teaching and advocating bitcoin to someone else. The accuracy in information to something we have experience doing is at a higher level compared to one we assume or read somewhere. The more we invest the more we have something positive or negative to talk about and it limits the problem of inaccurate information.

There is nothing in vain and no waste of time, all forms of knowledge on this earth if we study it and we understand it is a valuable experience and knowledge, just like you study war techniques but you have never fought, you can explain it to other people and those who are fighting, so with bitcoin, if we understand bitcoin from upstream to downstream and its development and the ins and outs of bitcoin then you pass it on to other people and those other people buy bitcoin it can be said that your knowledge is very useful, you are part of the bitcoiner movement in educating people to recognize bitcoin.

Let say everyone that ever invested in bitcoin decide to learn about bitcoin without investing in it. This means bitcoin won't have gotten to were it is today. Having knowledge is good but what we do with it is very essential. Having knowledge about bitcoin without investing in it will only leads to regrets. If we should go back to when bitcoin started there are people that refuse to invest in it even after getting to know about it, most of this people are living in regrets. Investing in bitcoin is beneficial than just having a knowledge about it without investing in it.

Teaching others about Bitcoin is already a big contribution to Bitcoin since you will bring more people to use Bitcoin and adopt its technology/usage.

There’s a lot of different contribution on Bitcoin not only through investing on it.  A simple encouragement or support to Bitcoin that will engage to non Bitcoin holder is already valuable use of your time.

It’s just hard to believe someone preaching and doesn’t follow what he is teaching. It’s like you already have a genie that can give you wealth but you don’t use it.

Yes other people will benefit from the knowledge, but imagine others making money with the use of your knowledge, but you on the other end isn't making money, your just like a teacher without payment.

I partly agree with you, because you said that one doesn't need any experience if they are making investments and have no plans to buy or sell in the short run, but the reason why I said I only partly agree with you is because I believe that even if someone doesn't plan to do any trading.

Having knowledge and experience about the market is important for them to understand a few things that they are going to need in the journey, and the most important one of them is to know how the market works in general, because this is the main reason that makes newbies panic and sell their assets.

A newbie who doesn't know anything about the history of Bitcoin and its past cycles will not know that it's normal for it to dip from $126k to $62k, so if they made an investment and then they see this happening, they wouldn't stay calm and think that it will eventually get back up, but they will think that their investment is losing value, and they need to stop this from happening immediately, so they go ahead and sell out of panic. So for this reason, it's important that they at least do some research and gain some knowledge even before making an investment.

Absolutely. No knowledge is wasted, especially knowledge about the world of investing. In fact, knowledge is often the difference between those with money and those with knowledge.

Each one of us does have that different capabilities when it comes to buying and we do know that having knowledge or learning about Bitcoin would be always that better despite of not to be able to invest into it but literally it is just that a waste on missing out the opportunity on accumulating for you to be able to make yourself that having some profits in the future. Waste of time? sort of but sharing up the knowlede into somewone would be having that use but to those who had invested are the ones who do have the chance for them to make money but of course there's no assurance because in every investment there's an accompanied risks but we do know the potential on what Bitcoin do have then we can say that it is that worth for us to invest. So as much as possible then it would be ideal that at least putting up some budget for you to make some investment at least.

Knowing about Bitcoin but not being able to invest is not a failure. Not everyone's financial situation is the same. Some contribute through investment, while others become part of the movement through education, awareness, and increased usage. Knowledge itself is an asset .

You're right, nothing is wasted if you have good intentions in it because if you're doing anything good with good intentions you will always succeed at ends. If you're spreading news about bitcoin and you're saying it with good intentions and your information are good someone will benefit from it and follow your step and that as help. So in my opinion I don't think everything person is doing is a waste of time he always have benefit at ends. If you said person is wasting is time on something he can be spreading fake s news since he don't have interest on that particular stuff he will like to convince other so that they won't get the benefit. Bitcoin investment is always a good investment but you need to get the Knowledge first before you can know how he goes and enjoy the benefits.

The guy who knows about medicine is more useful and has more valuable knowledge in life than the guy who does not know about medicine. Of course you do not need to be an investor to understand Bitcoin. But if you understand Bitcoin, you already have an advantage over someone who does not. And many people would pay good money for access to that kind of knowledge...

I can't agree more, because knowledge is power and people are even making money by selling their knowledge. Like in the bull run, even newbies are selling their useless knowledge, and there are people buying it from them haha. So how can it be hard for someone who actually knows how to make money from Bitcoin or how to start their journey?

I know selling useless things is an art too, and not anyone could do it, and it also means, if you know everything, you could sell it easily, because selling is in itself a skill that you have to learn. People are too smooth in talking and convincing, they can sell them their spit, haha.
