More than a month has passed but the war between Iran and Israel and America has not stopped yet, while pooya87 has not been active on the forum even once. The situation is worrying. Maybe he is still disconnected from the internet or maybe he is no longer alive. It is sad that he is not found. Hopefully he is alive and will return to the forum soon and you will see stories of such difficult things without the internet.

I'm not familiar with Pooya's stance on privacy-related matters, but if someone has his contacts, I can try to reach out to him and confirm for you guys ^{[I hope he's fine]}.

This raises the point that we need to have contacts of each other shared so that we can make contact in case of unforeseen conditions. I know due to privacy concerns many members would not like to share their contact details. May be someone can come up with idea of alternate contact that serve the purpose without compromising the privacy concerns. The decentralized private messaging app like session is a good option to remain in touch in case its not possible to login here.

The stories are very disheartening, to say the least, and civilians are highly affected by this attack, and what is very annoying is the fact that the civilians are being targeted, and children are being killed every day just because of the tussle for power all of that.

My prayers are with the people of Iran, and I want to join the rest of the other well-meaning individuals out there to call for all nations involved to sue for peace so as to stop the killings. I hope and pray for Pooya87 and his family to be in good and safe condition.

I did some digging into Session ^{[thank you for mentioning it]}, and even though such apps could work in most cases, it's still not going to do the trick for connecting users like Pooya to the outside world since it's an isolated case ^{[unfortunately]}.

In case you don't have internet connectivity then in that case nothing can work. I think pooya87 is unable to login due to disruption of internet service in his country and will be back as soon as internet services are resumed in Iran. I am saying this because he is an one of oldest member and frequently post here. Such members don't take such a long break without any genuine reason. 

Regarding session, I also came to know about it very recently and I liked it because unlike telegram you don't have to provide your phone number or email for getting started. It's good IM app for those who love to maintain privacy.

I am fine. Considering that I am not a 7-year old primary school kid in Minab or a healthcare worker in a hospital, I wasn't at high risk! since these are the main targets the US regime and its weak military was capable of hitting! And that is exactly why Iran's military dominated the US military and its Axis so easily.

So why the inactivity? Well, you already know: no internet access... but...
Well we are in the age of Hybrid Warfare during this fifth world war. That means the enemy will use everything at its disposal to inflict damage to you (targeting civilians). One of the fields of their attacks is through the internet trying to disrupt day to day lives. And in this day and age our lives depend on the internet and NATO has been taking advantage of that for many years. That's right, Iran is the biggest victim of NATO's cyber attacks for many years. For example some of you may have read about Stuxnet, an atomic terrorist attack carried out by the US regime that could have caused a much more severe Chernobyl if they had succeeded. All using a malicious worm.

So when an Iranian goes to the gas station to pump $0.008/liter gas (ie. roughly $0.40 to fill a car's tank) they are doing it using the internet. A NATO's cyber attack would disrupt that and disrupt people's day to day lives significantly. I used gas as example because such an attack has happened in the past, on 26 October 2021 to be specific. At that time a terrorist group called MEK took responsibility for it to hide NATO's involvement, so Iran's retaliatory strike was extremely harsh but only limited to one NATO member, Albania where the main base of that terrorist group is located (destroying most of their government services that relied on the internet).
Iran's retaliation is always inevitable but retaliation doesn't fix the disruption. So to prevent such things from happening, the government cut NATO's access entirely by limiting the internet to only domestic IPs (interanet?). Hence my inability to access the internet

Although there is like 2 dozen other reasons but I don't want to bore you with them specially since I've covered some of them like this in the past.

A strategic action necessary to keep the outside enemy from continuous successful poisoning of citizens minds, and causing damage, making the whole world to think they're winning the war when they ain't.
You know I almost thought at first that the enemies missiles may have hit another civilian location coincidentally where you're located leaving you as a casualty  until I knew about the internet shutdown.

Bitcoin was below $70000 when the war started in last day of February, bitcoin is still over $70000 right now. Bitcoin has fallen already before the war began, not selling means not losing unless it is a shit coin (altcoins). Many good-for-now altcoins pumped also.

We can't stop losses because it's all part of life: someone goes after some time, and another person is taking his place. This will be part of the life cycle, but the good thing is @pooya87 is back, and he is good because many of his colleagues who were engaged with him on the forum were missing him and his views.

Now all is ok. Hopefully things will be fine, and he could be right, as he was doing before this break. Too many good names are already gone. Hopefully a few will do good and have their views discussed here for a long time because we need them here on this forum for a long time.

I've already been asked to leave politics out of this thread, but I will say is this:  As a proud American I'm not at all proud of my government, and I can't think of much else that would make me less proud and more distrustful of them than what they've been doing for last two and half years.  Many of us are starting to notice that our government is occupied by foreign/globalist forces that care little for the lives of the average America and even less for the lives of those in the Middle East.

On behalf of those of us who are waking up, please accept our sincerest apology.
