Avoiding plagiarism is like the easiest thing to do:
a.] just dont do it, dont "copy" and "paste"
b.] read your atricle of inspiration and just summarise it on the forum in your own words
Hm, seems like opinions differ what plagiarism and its nuances might be?

For me and from what I occasionally observe in the reputation board, you still plagiarise when you paraphrase something that wasn't your own without providing a source. Do you really want it to be a question of detection or not? To be safe, I would provide the source of an article that I summarise in my own words. It's just the much safer and honest option than trying to pretend it's your own words and thoughts, even when you don't intentionally want to pretend it.

Being just lazy to avoid providing sources isn't any justification and won't spare you of trouble here when caught.

OK, OK, we don't do it for common knowledge things and likely quite some more. Just don't blatantly plagiarise, it's dishonest, it's lame, you're not smarter with it.

Almost every real newbie I guess faced one or two challenges navigating the forum, and other problems, and they didn't give up or quite, so why would you be thinking of quitting the forum because of the little challenge that only requires you only dedication of time to study about them and with time you will become very familiar with those things you think they're difficult now.
Yes, you actually did made a valid point on your response you just gave to O.P's question regarding the point if "Should beginners give up when facing challenges in the initial stage of the forum". Because initially if the current growth system was made easy, I doubt if the forum would have gotten the value it has today, and because of that, every newbie that wishes to seek forum success should be willing to dedicate time here to learn, share ideas ans contribute to discussions where he/she has great knowledge on. Because over my many years of been a member on this forum, I have got to understand that this forum appreciates knowledge and skills, most especially when it relates with the use of Bitcoin. And instead of giving up, he should go further to study people who he thinks have been proven to grow quickly on the forum, and try to apply that same strategy.

I wonder if a forum is such a challenge for someone, how do these same people face much bigger challenges in real life? The rules and instructions have been presented to them, all they have to do is read them (several times if necessary) and apply them when using the forum. If language is a barrier, everyone can look for their local board or use a translator to make it easier for them to understand.

When someone asks how to avoid plagiarism, it's obvious they don't understand what plagiarism is. Don't present someone else's work as your own and you don't have to worry about it.

So forum rules are just a minor issue in the users' lives. I like that. But there are people who simply do not like rules. Some are even willing to forgo relationships in order to live more freely from rules. Even though we understand everything in this world and live bound by both written and unwritten rules. So it seems that some people consider these forum rules too complicated and feel unable to cope. They leave. Those who are truly committed will strive hard to adapt, while those who lack the willingness will exit and go. IMO

  • Challenge Trying to understand the forum rules.
  • Challenge of how to avoid plagiarism
  • Challenge of how to make a quality post
  • And Challenge of learning how the ranking System work.

All these things you mentioned are not challenges, and if you consider this things you mentioned as challenges then you are not here to learn, because if you are to learn about bitcoin and the crypto space at large, this are the stuff you need to know get to know before you proceed in doing anything in this forum.

For that reason, this are not consider as challengers on the forum, all this stuff are just rules and regulations of how the forum works.

Exactly you absolutely right those things doesn't seem to be a challenge at all maybe that is just his level of understanding probably with time he will get to know that those things he made mentioned was never the problem, one major problem is that most beginners are all in a hurry to know everything without passing through the necessary process, even Rome was not built in a day and just as the saying goes that a journey of a thousand miles begins with a step, it takes courage, focus and determination for one to move from one stage or level to the other, given up is never always a good option for those who knows what they actually want.

About this, The truth of the matter is that it is easier to learn and adapt here if you've some sort of a mentor from the onset, most people here were introduced by already established members and were guided well. This forum in very bogus and can be very overwhelming for a beginner,. I clearly understand OP's pain points.
I don't agree that you need a mentor to learn how the forum works. You can observe what other, more experienced users do and how they behave. Bitcointalk is a discussion forum where we talk about Bitcoin and crypto. It's not rocket science. The problem is that we get people here who have never in their lives been on any forum, discussing any topics, so they don't know what to do. The concept is entirely foreign to them. On top of that, they don't know anything about Bitcoin. They came here because they heard they can earn money. That's what they want to do and with zero knowledge and no forum culture.

But if you already know something about Bitcoin and you are willing to learn more, Bitcointalk won't look like a major obstacle.

    Now my question is
What do you think? Should beginners continue learning despite the difficulties,  or is it too challenging for most new comers?[/list]

I think it's a question begginers or you should answer by yourself, yea. You came here by yourself. You weren't forced, so you know better, wether to stay or leave as well.

We were all begginers, so many begginers, and now turned members, senior members, hero to legendary members. So whats the issue, why would you want to leave? Is your case different? Maybe, you forgot why you game in, then you can leave. But if begginers know why they  came in, then they can remain and stick to the course. No going back, we remain positive, only then you can grow. Criticisms are part of life, but it helps you grow better

Exactly,if you know what brought you to this forum then you wouldn’t be discouraged easily.Difficulties you meant?don’t get it twisted because almost every user passed through that difficult path your referring to and if they succeeded how much you if only you’re willing to learn and adhere to the rules of the forum.Don’t feel bad when the high rank members of this forum correct you especially when you’re sharing misleading information,if an individual doesn’t want to you to learn about the the basic knowledge of bitcoin they wouldn’t bother correcting you.

One problem I see for many newbies is that they are immediately suspected of being alts. But we can’t really blame those who are suspecting the because many newbies actually turn out to be alt accounts. There are simply too many people doing this. After getting caught cheating in contests, doing multi-accounting in signature campaigns or defaulting on loans, they just create another account.
Because of this, it becomes really difficult for genuine newbies to grow on the forum, aside from the challenge of earning merit. Let’s be honest, most people here are really here to earn money.

Yes just like I'm facing right now, when many people join Bitcointalk for the first time, they usually face lot of challenges. They face challenges such as
      • Challenge Trying to understand the forum rules.
      • Challenge of how to avoid plagiarism
      • Challenge of how to make a quality post
      • And Challenge of learning how the ranking System work.
The only challenge I see here is trying to understand the forum rules and the challenge of making quality post in the forum. The others are not a challenge, it is something easy to understand within minutes. If you know the meaning of plagiarism, do not plagiarize. How is that challenge?

For most persons, they are unable to make quality post due to how they speak in their country. It is very easier for members from fluent English speaking countries to easily express their thought and pass information in the forum, while others find it easier but with time, the writing gets better.

Lastly the challenge of understanding the forum rules. The forum rules is never ending challenge. As years go by, new rules are added and update is done on the existing ones. But it is not a challenge if you read carefully to understand the rules. Also ask questions when necessary.

Clearly an act of a coward member. Challenges exist to make us more driven to personal growth and uncover our personal potentials, not to step backward and get scared and eventually quit from the forum. No one grows having that kind of life's perspective.

Instead, accept the challenges and face it, there's no other better way. If you believe in yourself that you can do it and you have the resilience and commitment to pursue, then there's no reason to quit and fail part of you as a forum member.

Honestly, I feel this topic very well because many people pass through the same thing when they first join Bitcointalk, just like me, I’m also a Newbie.
My sincere opinion is that beginners should definitely continue learning despite the difficulties.
When someone enters a serious forum like Bitcointalk for the first time, the environment can be intimidating. The rules are strict, plagiarism is not tolerated, and low-quality posts are quickly removed. For a newcomer, especially a student or someone new to online forums, it can feel like “maybe this place is not for me.” But the truth is that almost every respected member there once started from that same confused stage.

Even while it can be confusing at the beginning stages one bitter truth is that the forum may not actually be every one, yes there are those who can't survive here even on several attempts because it is not there thing though this can be arguable but there is some truth in it, that you are not good enough to survive here doesn't mean that you can't survive in some other things and other places, different persons tend to have different level of strengths and abilities and one for sure is that you must at first try your possible best and if it doesn't work out then there is nothing wrong you can try something else, again not everyone can actually survive here that is what I know.

The beginning of anything in life requires a huge sacrifice, which any individual who's ready to grow in life must be ready to face the challenges that follow suit the breakthrough thereafter. There is this fact about life which is; when a person set his or her mind on doing something, trust me the person will remain unwavering no matter the obstacles along the way, why because they understand that it's going to take a lot to achieve that but, still decided to sacrifice, they are ready to be patient, consistent and resilient as journey unfold. When a person is ready to take a step without being persuaded to, there is a good result than the person who was persuaded into doing something they never wanted to. Our opinion, dedication and willingness about whatever we want matters the most because it gives us the zeal to endure and keep pushing.

      I can agree with you.
I remember a few years ago I met a friend who was interested in bitcoin and suggested he register on this forum to get more information.
However, the welcome to the forum was not very good, an older and respected member of the forum attacked him for the content he wrote, without understanding that he was a new member who was just learning and knew almost nothing about crypto.
Of course, such things can discourage new members, and unfortunately, because of such a start on the forum, my friend also gave up and is no longer active on this forum.
It is very difficult to influence such situations because there are so many members active here, with different expectations, and new members can sometimes receive serious criticism for the quality of their posts, without understanding that sometimes they need time to learn something and start writing better posts.
The best advice for new members is that in the beginning, if they don't know what to write about, it is sometimes best not to write anything but to read other people's posts and learn from them.
When they gain basic knowledge of the topic, then it is much easier to write, the quality of their posts will be better and they will avoid criticism from other members.

Beginners, from the label alone, are set to begin their journey and start navigating the forum from scratch. Challenges are there to prepare these beginners to become more knowledgeable and even skillful, but if they end up rejecting all these challenges, then how can they proceed and move forward to the next level?

So there's no point entering the forum and get rid of these challenges, because these are not challenges for nothing, but they are there preparing us for a better position in the forum.

Giving up has no room in the forum, its normal to be weak but never stops there, but always find ways and learn how to overcome and surpass all the initial challenges and struggles.

It's best not to view this as a challenge as that will make you lazy and unmotivated. Besides, these are all forum rules or regulations, aren't we supposed to have rules in life? Even in real life, there are rules that must be followed and this forum is no exception.

This is the first thing you need to change when starting a forum. Use the forum rules as a guide to motivate you to improve your posting and become more enthusiastic about learning what's on the forum. Ultimately, this is all about your mindset. If you're quick to complain about the rules, it will be difficult for you to grow. Believe me, especially for the OP everyone in this forum started out as beginners, even learning from scratch, just like you. Don't view the forum rules as a challenge, as that will only burden you.

This is likely most situation around and it is where we agree. Most people have not been on discussion forums before neither have they had such an exposure, so bitcointalk becomes their first point of experience, those kind of people are here primarily to earn and for survival, but being that the culture here enforces learning first, it becomes a problem for them navigating the learning curve.
Trust me, in such a situation, the best environment to kickstart your learning journey is some sort of family or brotherhood which is why the importance of your LB can never be overestimated.

There is nothing in life that do not have challenges, be it schooling,  travelling,  playing, to  mention but are few. I know for beginners, the forum is very much difficult to understand and flow as expected and may feel discouraged but one thing we should never forget is winners never quit and quitters never win as that is the basic principle of life.
There is no one in the forum that never experienced there depression when they started but where all determined to get to there destination, so also should all beginners work with goals and never relent no matter how difficult it may be but the consciousness that nothing good comes easily is one thing we should never forget and it will help take one to his destined place.
