Fact: Betpanda.io is still claiming to have "instant" withdrawals.
I initially used them when that was much closer to true than it is now. In the months between my first few deposits and withdrawals they changed the TOS to require you "play through" your funds multiple times before any withdrawal.

Fact: This isn't about earning a deposit bonus, it's about being forced to continue risking **your own** money long after other casinos would allow you to leave.

it is a well known practice and required by AML rules to get at least 1 wagering of any money deposited in gambling casino.
Few doesn't do it or requires it...but they have KYC? they turn to make selective scam?
Exactly where is the issue here? Please note, it's not matter to promote or not promote, of course no one would take care of a scam, but it's alwasys important to define these issues since it appears...there is no a real issue here

Any accusation or complain about services belongs to the scam accusation board, service discussion board. You should post in Meta only when it's about the forum's moderation policy (The forum does not moderate scam or scam accusations), Forum development, ban appeals etc

Go back to square zero, move this thread to scam accusations and post the "proof" you claim to talk about.

All deposits must be wagered one time (1x) before you can withdraw any deposited funds.

Can you point me to where you found the information you posted? Not defending Betpanda here or anything, just that we need more information from you to understand the situation, since you have not posted an outright scam accusation.

'Coyster' has already pointed out the deposit rollover requirement terms above. This 1× rollover requirement is an unwritten rule in casinos, it is applied in every casino. You wrote 'proof' in the title of this thread, but I don’t see any proof here apart from your words. Did they ask you to wager your deposit more than once?

On how many casinos have you played so far? Almost every casino has at least a 1× rollover requirement on normal deposits to prevent money laundering. Occasionally, a casino may allow you to withdraw your funds even if you haven't wagered your deposit at least once. But casinos apply the rules most of the time which is written in the terms.

They can have whatever X rollover they want on deposits, its upto players to play there or not. As long as they advertise it as such openly and correctly

This forum members and the admin does not moderate scams as such and there is no jury to prove side. Most of the times only half truths are posted against such sites

If you are going to say that those who are wearing Betpanda's signature are being paid to lie on behalf of Betpanda, then that is just wrong, those who wear the signature are only paid to wear it.

You said you have proof that the casino is the subject paid for the forum members to lie on their behalf, but you don't provide a single piece of proof, and there's no way anyone will believe what you're saying esoecially when it comes to long existing trusted casino.

It depends on what you mean by multiple times because ever since the year that there are increase in people using gambling platforms to clean their crypto alot of gambling platform have changed their service activities when it comes to users withdrawing his/her fund after depositing the fund on their platform.

Some players hate having to wager their deposit amount 1x before they can wd. They are usually the scared to gamble types who had a decent hit in their 1st few spins and want to immediately get their money out before they give it back.

Most casinos require you to play through 1x for AML reasons. I don't agree with it, but when you sign up on a site you agree to their terms. If you don't like it, don't play online. Simple as that. No need to think you are hurting a casino by making 1 worthless post. The forum operates on facts in this section, not fiction. Show proof or be discredited immediately.

i can't say that i'm the biggest fan of betpanda, but do know what i do about it? i don't play on their casino.
if you make an account on a website, and click that "i agree" to the terms, then when they apply said terms, don't fucking come here to complain it's a scam.

The title of this topic includes the word "proof," but it is really just his experience. He stated that this is not an accusation, yet he claimed that Betpanda is a scam, so how can we believe your words when you call it a scam if you're not showing us anything?
The terms of a casino are for players to know whether this is the kind of casino they want to play at, and they can comply with them.
Next time, take a screenshot of the casino's terms before you sign up, so you have something to show us.

I haven't looked at Betpanda's withdrawal terms for a long time, but they at least listed the changes to the withdrawal terms you're referring to, and you can easily find them. On the forum's promotion side, I don't see any "instant withdrawal" offer in their signature code, where members are paid to "lie" to you.
