Hello,
I am posting this to report a dispute with Wolfbet.com and to warn other players.
Casino: Wolfbet
Game provider: many
License claimed: Anjouan Gaming Licensing Authority (Union of Comoros)
What happened:
I created an account on Wolfbet.com and deposited cryptocurrency multiple times without any problems. The deposits were accepted and converted into USD balance on the site, which I then used to play slot games from Pragmatic Play.
After playing one of the slots, I won money and tried to withdraw my winnings.
At that point the casino asked me to complete KYC verification. I completed the KYC and provided the requested documents.
After my verification was submitted, the casino support told me that my country is restricted and therefore they will not allow my withdrawal.
However, this does not make sense because:
I was able to create an account without any restriction.
I was able to deposit cryptocurrency multiple times without any warning or block.
Only after I won money and tried to withdraw did they claim my country is restricted.
If my country was restricted, the casino should not have allowed me to register, deposit, or play in the first place.
Allowing deposits and gameplay and only enforcing restrictions when a player wins is unfair and looks like a tactic to avoid paying winnings.

I am posting this here in the hope that Wolfbet.com i will respond publicly and resolve this issue.

All you need is email user name and password to make account no restrictions and no restrictions to deposit

If you lose you lose your money if you win they will void the winnings be careful.

My last deposit was refunded but not my other deposits as the account is now blocked they won't let me back in at all If I was to lose  wolf.bet would still keep taking my money. After completing kyc verification is when I was told about country restrictions this was definitely a tactic.

Have you used a VPN for access / register? If you notice some game providers doesn't allow to play , anyway...
According ToS of many /if not all/ casinos (not specific to this case) you will not entlted to withdraw these funds if you based in a restricted country.
I have seen the similar issue with another user and another casino. It would be curious to know if you can withdraw funds once you change residence... but of course most of the time has no sense at all...

Unfortunately I have said to wolf bet it takes one email one password one user name to create account with no restrictions anyone can lose thousands of crypto but when they withdraw they will be trapped. Wolfbet is making money from losing customers.

You don't need to use VPN to create account with wolf.bet anyone in any country can make account.

What is really weird is that my deposit is xrp that's a universal currency and the country shouldn't matter.

They still hold more deposits I lost from the past aswell they won't give it to me. I want other gamblers to be carfulll wolfbet will take your money
