One perspective of Bitcoin I have which I am still exploring is seeing it as a currency, I have not heard many spoke about it in this light to the point of actually mentioning their experiences using it as a currency to actually pay for goods or services in the Real world such that we can actually relate with. The most I have seen that is common is with the investment and trading where some often see it as an asset that can be traded in the financial markets and profits made on it collected, but it is actually a currency.

There are countries where it has been seen as a legal tender and in such countries they use it in their day to day lives and make payments for commodities and also for services, in as much as it has not been made a legal tender in this part of the world, we should not forget that we can still use it as a currency amongst those who understands the usage and value system of Bitcoin well enough for exchanges.  Bitcoin is also a currency and not just a Trading and investment asset

From my perspective, I see Bitcoin as an anti-inflation currency. Because Bitcoin is a currency that protects against inflation, and completes transactions in any country without banking transactions. Many people have made huge profits in the past by investing in Bitcoin, so I also see Bitcoin as the main mantra of profit. You have said it all, regardless of the perspective you see Bitcoin, I think it gave one special purpose which is to protect our privacy if we used in the right way, and it is a digital currency that keeps monetary value and it is a tool against inflation because if you have long Bitcoin investment, you are completely safe from inflation and your privacy will be intact in terms of wealth in the sense that no one will know you have a Bitcoin until you mentioned it, and you will also have control over your wealth, unlike leaving your money with banks that will use your money for investment and give you peanut as interest. You are right about most of the things you said but Bitcoin is not called a digital Gold because it is different from Gold and Gold is also different from Bitcoin and the way of their usage varies at some point or extent so don't complicate things. And sometimes the way we see Bitcoin doesn't really matter because there are people who sees Bitcoin as a means of making a living but they have not or they are not doing anything about it so the most important thing right now is how we approach and go about Bitcoin and not how we see... because how we approach or go about it will determine if we would make out the best from it or not. Even though the price fluctuations are not in our hands, we can manage our own risk.
