The problem is that most people bet on odds rather than the matches. For the fact that bookies gives big teams smaller odds and give mediocre teams the higher odds do not mean that they big teams will always win. In sports betting we bet more, win more but lose more as well. In casino games we either play long and on a distance our total isnt that big, or play low bet and hope to get a huge multiplier. I also don't accept bets with odds less than 1.5, because I often don't see them as an advantage. I want to take more risks, and I think that's what professionals do. And of course, playing in a casino and betting are completely different things. You take only one game lose like it was the end of the world while Madrid also recorded 20 wins until this time. I don't think your logic is working here. If you were continuously doing a direct bet on Madrid since the start of season. You would get profit instead of suffering the lose.
Madrid played 27 games in total. They record 20 wins, 3 draw and 4 lost. So mathematically, you would have at least 75% WR if you were always betting on them. It's still profitable compared the amount the lost.

There are strategies involved in either sportsbetting or casino games and anyone who discovers their may suddenly become a pundit or some sort of gambling guru that everyone who gambles seeks advice from.

You keep making the same mistake that is why you will keep losing. There is nothing like a sure odd, anything can happen in football.
Real Madrid vs Getafe is a risky game to pick Real Madrid to win. If you do watch football regularly, you would know Real Madrid is terrible to watch. Real Madrid is struggling to win games. When I was into gambling then , I usually focus on casino games cause quite faster doesn’t take much time to see the outcome (yeah then wasn’t doing it for fun I was in for the money ). I also experience some sport betting but was a friend that place it for me , what I did was to wait for him to tell me how it went , but unfortunately the game didn’t went in my favour and I loss, at that moment I lose interest in sport betting , but base on other gamblers experience, most of their wins are from sport betting.
