Hi,

I had earlier posted about not receiving my refund for failed deposits, and the issue still persists. BC.GAME does not have any active support, not even a single official support email address. Their live support is nothing but chatbots that keep repeating the same automated responses.

Just like many other users, if you have lost your money with them, it feels completely hopeless. I have seen countless posts from people claiming they were scammed and lost both their crypto and fiat money on this site.

I should have done my research before signing up with them. No other website in this category that I have ever used has been this bad, reckless, and ruthless toward its own users.

For anyone reading this: if you haven’t signed up yet, do not sign up with BC.GAME.they are a group of scammers who partner with shady merchants and then disappear after taking your money.

Exactly how many cases are you having with BCgame?
I see you had another complaint in another thread, and they even told you to PM your details to them today ---> BC.GAME Scam of 25,000INR of deposits and withdrawals

Why don't you do the same with this case?

I'm not clicking your google drive link but I will say that you could take a look around this section and see other users facing a similar issue and you could also see that they sort of have a rep working with users on these issues. You may try sending a pm to bctokenbot and get some help.

I understand you're frustrated with the service but I doubt the site personally is fucking you over for a measly $100. INR deposits are handled by shady 3rd person merchants apparently.

Good catch and great question. Why would you make 4 deposits in total without waiting for the others to credit?

If you haven't yet, you should send the details you posted here to their forum representative since they asked you for it. From what I've seen, some(or maybe one) of the issues against BC.game have already been resolved by their representative, so follow what he asked you, and maybe the case could get resolved soon.

This new thread is uneccesarry btw.

With no intention to insult, as we are fair and very objective, it's not a measly 1 USDT, we would still held casinos accountable if we deemed one cent is owed. It's rather the question of intelligence, knowing one path lead to problematic situation that'll last for days and bring so much stress, while other and more viable option is there to take.

Yes, BC.game has been having issues. No one denies that. In fact, there have been a few threads even in the reputation board about how they are not handling their issues well. The problem is, a real representative of BC.game is offering to help and has instructed OP in another one of his threads on what to do, but he just continues to spam around.
I don't think it's ideal for one person to open 2-10 threads in the scam accusation board about the same service. One thread is fine, and better still when an alternative to dispute resolution has been provided.

We are "all bent" on the thread format for two very reasonable reason:

One, the format was designed and proposed by an older member in a way that it carries every single key point of the case at glance, not wall of text, not this-and-that, a simple situation, with whom the beef happened, the supporting evidence, and brief comment of what happened. It'll help people understand at glance.

Two, as stated [I think elsewhere, but I am somewhat sure you've read that as you're everywhere] this section of the forum runs on evidence. Without supporting evidence [provided in a way that we prefer, to keep us safe and anonymous while overseeing the case], we can't take a complaint seriously.

no response from the bot, I pm'd him but no response. I reached them on their Facebook page and now they are like please see if you can contact the bank LOL , I don't think any payments can be stuck somewhere in between me and merchant for this long, as mentioned before in other threads their merchants are cheating them and they are too naive to get cheated or they just don't care for the users

You will have to wait for a response from him. I don't think it's longer than 72 hours since you last sent him a message. It appears he helps expedite issues that have been put up in this forum. Nothiong special

This should also be a lesson that when something does not work the first time you try using it, avoid trying to use it the second ot third time. You will most likely face the same problem

Contacting different support stuff on different social media platforms will only worsen or confuse you more. I have a feeling that those chaps on Facebook do not even know what's going on.

I don't agree that they have been having issues, cause that would mean this was only in the past. They clearly still have issues and the scam accusation board is the witness of that. Not only are there still problems with fiat deposits and withdrawals that go missing (still don't understand why people use fiat at crypto casinos) but I also see problems for failed KYC all the time and so on.
Biggest issue is the support I think. Before I closed my account with BC, and I had a fairly high VIP level, the support was SOOO bad! Not only the "live" support that let's you wait an hour, just to send you a draft reply that has nothing to do with your question, and when you don't reply within 10min they will close that chat. The VIP host is also no help with anything. Take forever to reply, don't understand simple issues, and so on. So imagine you have money missing or whatever big problem and you have nobody to talk to, of course you have to come here or other sites to seek help.
