What Is Sportmarket?

Sportmarket is a sports betting brokerage platform.

Unlike a traditional bookmaker, Sportmarket does not set its own odds or operate an internal sportsbook.

Instead, the platform provides access to multiple bookmaker and exchange partners through a single account and interface.

When a user places a bet, the platform compares pricing available from connected liquidity partners and displays the best price available to us at that moment.

If the bet is confirmed:

• the bet is routed to the partner offering that price
• the bet may be accepted fully, partially accepted, or rejected depending on market availability
• settlement follows the rules of the bookmaker or exchange that accepted the bet

This model allows users to access multiple liquidity sources without needing to maintain separate bookmaker accounts and balances.


How Sportmarket Earns Revenue

Sportmarket operates as a brokerage.

Revenue is generated through commission structures agreed with liquidity partners, rather than by taking direct betting risk as a bookmaker.


Important Operational Notes

Some important points about the brokerage model:

• Limits depend on real-time market depth and liquidity
• Prices may move before confirmation in fast markets
• Bets may be partially accepted if the full requested stake is not available

Sportmarket does not override settlement decisions made by the partner that accepted the bet.


Verification & Compliance (Important)

Sportmarket is not a no-KYC betting service.

Deposits sent through unsupported networks may not be recoverable, so please ensure the correct network is used.

Crypto Deposits

• Deposit addresses are generated inside the user dashboard
• Deposits are credited after required blockchain confirmations
• Sportmarket does not charge deposit fees

Crypto Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are requested directly from the dashboard
• Sportmarket does not add its own brokerage withdrawal fee

Crypto withdrawals are processed by our payment provider, and the final amount received will reflect the payment provider’s processing surcharge (typically around 0.5%).

Withdrawal timing depends on blockchain network conditions and standard security checks.


Deposit Bonus (New Customers)

Sportmarket currently offers a deposit bonus for new customers.

• 5x wagering requirement on deposited + bonus funds
• Bonus must be claimed within 7 days
• 90 days to complete wagering

If the main site isn’t opening for you, it’s likely due to regional restrictions. Sportmarket isn’t available in certain jurisdictions (including the US, UK, France, Serbia and some others), and in some regions local ISPs may also block access to betting-related websites.

Regarding VPNs, while we can’t provide guidance on bypassing regional restrictions, the use of a VPN itself isn’t restricted on our platform.

I’ve also passed your note about the registration page to our software provider so they can double-check the routing on their side. Thanks again for flagging it.

Both the official website and the platform URL are easily accessible for me without using a VPN. But the registration is not simple. It has 2 steps and asks for a lot of details not just email and password, but also your full name, date of birth, address, and phone number.
This makes sense since the platform requires KYC, so don't be surprised if they ask for more verification after you register or make a transaction.
For your issue @TheAndy500 try a different browser or clear your cache, it worked fine on my end.

The actual betting interface is hosted on the Sportmarket Betting Platform (pro.sportmarket.com), which is focused purely on accessing markets and placing bets.

The platform itself is structured more like a trading interface rather than a traditional sportsbook homepage. Instead of listing all matches on the landing page, markets are accessed through the Trade section, where you can filter by sport and market type (football, tennis, basketball, etc.).

For example, the link support shared with you goes directly to the football full-time markets inside the trade view.

The registration process isn't as quick as it would require a number of information (mobile number, address, etc.). I guess that's due to their mandatory KYC for all users.
The entire platform feels well-built, with a robust UI, and you can even change the theme (light or dark).
Any plans on giving out promocodes so we can test the platform when placing bets?

I actually tried requesting access to it initially when I signed up several months ago, but support denied my request and mentioned that they would only provide it after I played with the available products for a certain period of time which was disappointing.

Hope that has changed since sportmarket pro platform is cool and all, but it's not as great as fair exchange for me thanks to liquidities and better lay odds generally.

SM has been one of the most legit brokers in this business for years but they NEVER add new bookmakers in their arsenal.
It has always been the same mollybet platform , ps3838 accounts (both with /2 of the Pinnacle limits and around 0.08 drop upon maxbet) and fairexchange (which lacks a lot compared to what piwiexhange and orbit USED to bet).
I would love for them to offer more asian bookmakers or even crypto ones but after YEARS of waiting , they simply won't do it.
Be that as it may they are the most legit on the services they offering.

Multiple deposit/withdrawal options give additional interest to the roaming gamblers. And this kind of development gives room for gamblers who look for convenience. But in the meantime, better focus on learning suggestions. But don't force yourself to give them what they are asking for when the team can't make it. Just secure the trust of the gamblers because it is more important than anything else.
