I decided to check the history of some of my gambling results in some of the casinos, sport bets I’m using and I find out I’m winning or gaining more money in gambling than I’m losing. After finding out this today I believe there are people who are winning in gambling more than they are losing.
As for me I can lose 3 to 4 bet slip in a week but if I win 1 or 2 it will recover all the money I lost and I will still have additional money.

Checking your win and loss history is interesting, but it's not important to me. I've already agreed with myself that whatever the outcome, I'll accept it. So, for me, checking wins and losses is a waste of time. However, if you're curious, it's okay to try it to see the results.
On the other hand, I also believe that there are always some gamblers who win more than they lose. The most important thing for me is to gamble with a small amount of money.

I also don't check my gambling history just like you, but sometimes what usually makes some people go back to the casinos which they have been using to check all their activities is when they are unsure of their gambling spending and they want to recheck their spending record to see if it matches with the budget they planned for in the first place, not just the games' outcomes that have to do with the total loss and total winnings. To me, if you can, it's also important to check if your spending amount is really that small in all time.

If you have time to gamble always it's important you go back to the casinos to check your activities just to be sure if you are making profit or you are losing it will help you check your budget and if you are over spending your can reduce the number of times you gamble in a day or week. You really have a point here, we have been advised to gamble with what we can afford to lose and so if anyone or someone is actually or has figured out an amount that they can afford to lose and they maintained using it to gamble I think it won't be necessary again for the person to go check their bet history as doing this can escalate something we as human may not be able handle in some circumstances, I don't actually go through all my history.

Yes at the end it only matter's your PNL nothing much. So you can lost even you 70% bets but those few bets you're winning make sure you're hitting good enough and making your PNL positive. It doesn't matter if you lost nost of days just make sure you're maintaining your PNL properly.

But it's hard to cobtrol the emotion and self control to recover the lost find by gambling a larger amount of bets. Cause your target is get maximum value of your placing bets. 

For me I try to maintain the equilibrium. If it's effecting much I try to change the playing rules.

Speaking of sports betting, here is the easier casino game to win. Because here you can predict. But it is very difficult for some to win when it comes to casino games and for some it is much easier for some. It depends on luck. My luck is good enough so I have a lot of positive experience in gambling. I track my gambling budget on a financial planning level and not by visiting my gambling records. There is a stipulated percentage of my income that goes into gambling and it is a problem to me if I win from it or loose it since it is a budgeted amount that I can afford to loose.

I don't just have a gambling limit, I use a budget, so keeping records isn't much of a helpful data to me since I have the limit set initially from the budget.

Whether or not it's advisable should be a personal decision when gambling, but why are so many people unaware of this or tend to ignore it? I think it happens because winning confuses their minds, leading them to gamble with money they can't afford to lose.

I assume SuperEnalotto is some sport trying to find 13 correct results or 11 or 12 based on how many games Serie A have which is extremely difficult as you say but rewards are huge which is how it should be. In America they have Powerball or some name similar I have forgotten now but the winnings I haven't which go well above 100 million dollars and you know what that means, once you hit it if ever because it is the most difficult thing in gambling to achieve on this earth your life changes dramatically for the better unless you are a true idiot and lose all these million dollars back to gambling. These are rare cases for rare persons, the reality is that most people lose more than they win through their gambling journey.
