I want to report my experience with Betcoin.ag because what happened here looks very questionable.

My username is icruso.

First I deposited around 300 EUR and lost it all while betting normally.

Later I deposited another 73 EUR and continued betting on ITF tennis. After a few bets I managed to break even on that deposit. Shortly after that my account was suddenly blocked and I received the message saying my account had been blocked and that I should contact support.

I contacted support immediately. They asked me to complete identity and location verification through ShuftiPro, which I did from the same device and the same internet connection I used to place my bets.

After that they kept asking for more and more documents. They asked for proof of travel, plane tickets, an invoice for the tickets, and even bank statements showing purchases in Italy. I provided everything they asked for.

After sending all of that, instead of resolving the issue they suddenly claimed my account violated their terms of service due to sportsbook abuse. Then they started accusing me of fraud without providing any proof.

They even sent me this message:

"You know the drill. This isnt your first time scamming. Hopefully it will be your last. Stay far far away from us."

This is completely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. I deposited money, lost money, deposited again and placed normal bets. I only bet on ITF tennis matches. I did not use bots, arbitrage services, AI tools or any third party betting software.

Now they are throwing vague accusations like sportsbook abuse and fraud but they provide zero evidence.

I already see other complaints from people saying similar things happened to them, so this is starting to look like a pattern.

My questions to Betcoin.ag are simple:

What exact rule did I violate?
What evidence do you have for these accusations?
Why are you sending insulting messages instead of explaining the situation?

Right now it looks like you accept deposits normally, but when it comes to paying or when you decide you don't like a player, you suddenly claim fraud without proof.

If a Betcoin.ag representative is reading this, feel free to explain publicly what exactly I did wrong.

Otherwise people should be aware of how this site treats players.

Always have in mind that this is not their customer service helpline, it is more often that you see is come accusation of a casino here than from any other site or user experience aside gambling, also know that when you are being scammed it is best that you apply for the accusation using the right format, lastly, you are expected to show all necessary evidence of your experience and tried as much as possible to engage them on their announcement thread in case they are represented on this forum before coming to scam accusation board.

What exact rule did I violate?
Based on their tone, it appears they believe you have had multiple accounts with them before. What we need to know is that did you user shared devices or even public Wi-Fi when registering or logging into the casino before?
Eventually they have to tell you  why they blocked you.

Other than what others said about the lack of supporting evidence, all while that is how we run and operate in this section of the forum: evidence and counter-evidence for accusation and counter-accusation volley ball, do you mind to satisfy my curiosity why they ask your plane ticket to Italy? You're accessing from Italy once, while you registered from other country or something?

I was thinking the same as you after reading what the Betcoin.ag team said to the OP. They accused the OP with strong words, which clearly suggests that they have strong and sufficient evidence against him. For privacy reason, they won't share the sensitive evidences here. But I believe the Betcoin.ag representative will provide a detailed explanation about the situation here once they notice this thread.

So it's a little premature to fill out a scam accusation, when there has been no resolution.
