I don't know about any influencers or online entrepreneurs, who are publicly revealing their sensitive personal information all over the internet. Information such as social security number, home address, phone number(this isn't so sensitive info, but whatever). You can make money online without having to reveal such sensitive data. Someone could reveal your private info without you necessarily being involved in an online business. I understand that online doxxing is a major issue, but the people, who were doxxed aren't such a big amount. There are services like Deleteme, who can help you delete all your sensitive info, which is posted online. I haven't used such online service, but I might try it in the near future.
You don't "have to" but most of them do. Like I know where the youtuber I follow lives, literally the home, not that it would matter to me if I didn't, but I do, he did a vlog and we all know where he lives. I know his income and even how much tax he paid this year, I know their kid, when he was born, what his name is, I know all of his business' and all of his success and all of his failures.
Basically when you share your entire life, there are very low amount of things that are left for you that you do not know about them.
The way most people are seeing this things as a big deal, that’s the same way it isn’t a big deal to another person, just like the YouTuber you talked about. Like in the original post I said something about the internet as one of the safest places to make money, although not everyone agreed to that. There are most influencers that don’t mind coming online telling people about everything about themselves, they even feel more comfortable saying it online, that is why any little thing that happens to them, they will turn on there camera and start saying it. Even when they are sad or happy
And also most of all this influencers and celebrities that put out their life’s on the internet have a very strong security guarding them.
