One of the worst casinos to play from. I am not sure how you ignored all the warnings and continued to use them. Just do a simple forum search and you will see a lot of unresolved complaints

They claim to now be under a new management and recently came around to forum to resolve disputes but are not regularly online so it's a gamble to also have your issue resolved.
