I don't think your statement is enough to attract any investors. It's important to clarify your experience as a developer and what qualifies you to program a browser-based game of this type, because investors usually expect to see at least a detailed presentation of the project before considering funding.
Also, advertising should be the last thing you think about, after you've developed your product and everything and not at the beginning.
If you don't have capital it would be better to start developing the game and showing the results first to the crypto community. Then investors can decide whether to get involved based on the progress they see.
