Well, it depends on the operator. For example, a trader who wants a platform to manage members’ funds can use such a system in a legitimate way. It can make it easier for them to manage a large number of members efficiently. Additionally, integrating an AI chatbot can simplify customer support and provide regular updates to members, improving overall communication and management.

With so many already out there, what advantage would another one, with much less capital and protection, do?

A new way to invest maybe, with much more protection and transparency, is the only way to attract and do a sustainable one.

Otherwise, its just a riskier way. After all, centralized investment is already riskier than hodling your own.

Realistically, as long as Bitcoin is concerned you can hold it for long time without you having to launched any other investments platforms as many people could actually think is a Ponzi scheme platform without them knowing that you are genuine of what you are doing. Of course, there is wallets over there and I could just buy and hold for many years without creating any platforms to anticede my investment. Many people would see it a fake platform who is wanting to lure people to losing their hand earned money to a particular site.

I have not seen this kind of service before, but scammers can respond to people very fast. Investment scam is very common.

There are even enough exchanges now, but self custody is very important. 99.99% of investment services that I have seen before are scam. They can easily be known.

Ponzi scheme is still very common this days.
