It should be if you read the ToS carefully it is already written whether VPNs are banned or not and some countries are indeed banned because Gambling is illegal.
So the main reference is in the Regulation and can be clearly seen in the ToS before playing.

I can acceptable if any sport betting restrict any user behind the user government its self about regulation and must using VPN to access that website but for KYC requirement its can't acceptable. How many regulation about sport betting site must verify document ID firstly as gambling user want to get more privacy with gambling or sport betting side, if restrict for specific user only and still allow using VPN I don't think problem because we can access by using open DNS public without installing VPN.

Your account should still be safe if the broker you’re using is a licensed one. There are many out there for sure, and casinos with proper licenses usually won’t partner with brokers that are not licensed as well. So maybe we’re just guessing at this point since most of us haven’t actually tried using one. What I’m more interested to know is if there are bettors here who are really using betting brokers for their gambling needs.

Can you drop some of those brokers that are licensed in our country mate? Because our government is so strict with this one and that's why the other casinos that are known have already been blocked because of the policy of having no registration and that makes them want us to stay to the local casinos. I am understanding the idea of these brokers just as how they're also doing it with the other markets, the international stocks that are not available in our country but through them, there is now a possibility that we can buy and use them.

It does just create another risk for gambler. It's not all of brokers can fulfill their promise. There are so many things you need to consider about such as how fast withdrawal processed, how big the fees, and how proper the execution. I'm not all of brokers were bad, but in some cases i've seen people who used it got stacking fees.

They're also getting a false promise by brokers due to the how slow the withdrawal is. Okay, the point is that they help them to avoid the ban, but is not it also the same like you're giving your money for them?

Anytime, they can run away with your money. This is why i'd rather than accept the ban instead of using brokers to avoid from getting limited due to the geolocation.

I believe the experience is just the same with just minor difference on the website structure since they just offer the same option by bookies. They just include a fee for their service since they are placing bets for you using their account.

I saw a website like this before but I don’t use it since there’s already cloudbet that available for me to use.

If i can't have access to any sportsbook i want to use, instead of using a broker which i haven't used before, I rather find a different platform to use than making use of VPN or any back road access. The actual safety, is protecting myself in case I win a huge amount, let it be I did not break any rule that will prevent me from withdrawing my profits.

If the sportsbook is VPN friendly, and they offer better odds and cashbacks, I might consider depending.

Why take such a lengthy and risky path when you can just find a reputable casino in your country?

I don’t know much about this betting broker, but why not use a VPN-friendly casino rather than a service that might be more of a hassle? After all, there should be several casino options that allow their players to use a VPN. Or, if not, just use a legal betting platform that lists your country among its supported regions, so that you can avoid any potential issues.

I remember an offer from my sports gambler friend, he offered one of the access services namely sports betting Broker, he told me Broker can make money broker commission from each transaction, but for now I still ignore it and don't dare to use that service.

In short, although in general we understand a broker as a bridge that connects something like a VPN to a betting exchange or bookie, but I haven't done that at the moment. So i'm thinking, why not just use a sports betting broker instead because from what I understand the process is simple, just create one account with the broker and they place bets for you across multiple sportsbooks they support which i read you can get the best odds. of course they make money as well, so there’s usually a small commission, but at least betting becomes possible without trying to bypass restrictions yourself.

Definitely worth it, but most of the people who get banned or limited from sportsbooks are those who are beating the bookies on the odds, or those with info on rigged sports, and even the broker will not entertain such players for long.

Another issue is that the concept of a broker is not common, and I can't recall a trusted broker right now. It's possible that you end up losing money to a broker instead because usually brokers are not legal, AFAIK, and they can hold your money for whatever reasons they deem legit.

It is clearly stated on the terms of service if VPN is not allowed and the countries restricted are mentioned, so why try to find a way around it when you know you can be risking yourself? A casino has the right to freeze your account at anytime if they find out you're in breach of their TOS with all your deposit and winnings still in the account. Whenever you see that a casino is restricted in your region and they are against VPN, just don't use the casino. There are other casinos that are available in your region.

Not at all, most casinos dont refuse VPN access stake for instance most times I visit the casino even with my VPN on and it works fine all the time I use that, most casinos dont refuse VPN usage, but what their are after is the use of VPN to bypass and abuse their bonuses such as creating multiple accounts and abusing their bonuses with the farm account, but if you use VPN for legal gambling purposes you won't have any problem with the casino.
